The place has tanked hard. The employees seem like they’re barely going through the motions because they just don’t care and why would they? There’s no value in customer service anymore or in doing a good job at your job and it’s a sad reminder of what was. This morning (9/01/23) was told “one moment and then sat there for nearly 10 minutes before even taking my order. There was only one order ahead of me but now there’s 2 or 3 behind me. After trying ” hello” a few times and honking my horn, this little condescending thing takes my order like I was inconveniencing her. And this was all before 9 in the morning! Hopefully, the new one will be worth the drive across town! Do better Burger King!

Fast food is fast food, I don’t expect anything more. But today I received fries and a Chicken Jr. that BOTH tasted old. The fries had that old musty taste, and I took one bite of the chicken sandwich and spit it out because it instantly tasted moldy. Disgusting and unacceptable for any restaurant serving food. This place needs a health inspection, period. 0/5 Stars in my book.

We ordered food from them and I had ordered a rodeo burger and they forgot it, even though it was on the top of the order, then my husband proceeded to go get it since it was forgotten, and they gave me a cheeseburger. people seriously don’t pay attention to people’s orders and they need to be fired. This is not the only time this has happened and I will be going up to corporate. This is beyond ridiculous not to mention people were just standing around and they were rude and not doing what they should have been doing. Management needs to seriously fire some people and get some smart people up in there.

My MIL got an impossible whopper and the girls got chickens nugget kids meals. Both of which were very dry. The flavour was good. My Original chicken sandwich was great though. They were out of cookies, so they gave e us 2 complimentary kids’ cones for the girls. The ladies there were super sweet and the patrons were as well. The food was probably a one-off as they normally have great burgers and nuggets.

Hit and miss here. Don’t know what happened to all of our fast food restaurants but the food is less than acceptable most of the time. I order the same burger each time and it can be super overcooked or just right. This time around everything was great. Keep improving and this will be our go to fast food.
