I received this sloppy and dripping with mayonnaise chicken sandwich. Mind you, I did not request any additional condiments and note the lack of lettuce. When I called and spoke with Marco, he stated, “Oh” unconcerned and suggested I bring the sandwich back. I stated that was not going to happen as I’m not wasting gas to drive and fix what should have been at least edible to start with. Instead, I have a gooey, drippy, and nasty burger. Not at all impressed. Even by Burger King standards.

The manager is so rude.. He interrupts while you take your order to see if you’re done after anything you say. He yells thru the speaker if he doesn’t like something you say or want. Then when you get to the window he waves your food, drinks, and sauce around asking if you want it. So unprofessional every time we go there. They just must have needed anything with a pulse when he was chosen because no one who cared about their business would want someone like that to represent their company.

Doreen and rosa are running this burger king only them. However they’re not as busy as I see most bk are. I don’t understand why. Its cleaner than most places I see. They have better attitudes than most I’ve encountered since I’ve been doing this. The decore outside is most pleasant to look at. So why? Its unknown . I do say this I hope you all Wil take the time too come byinthemornig time do breakfast good hot fast friendly. What more do you want. Aye before I forget its peaceful and quite. I came thru drive thru at 10:16 Pm when they close at 11Pm and the person on the mic said something I couldn’t hear them at first and I asked if he can repeat and screams at me saying “I said we aren’t taking orders didn’t you hear me” in a aggressive way. This is not professional and should be addressed. Just FYI this is twice in a row last night the same thing happened. DO NOT COME HERE DONT RECOMMEND IT!

The ONLY reason I went to this Burger King was because I accidentally made an online order at this location so I had I no choice but to go. I had a horrible experience the last time I was here and I’m genuinely confused as to why they hire such mediocre people. I used to come here often but has gone downhill fast, I try avoiding this place even though I live 2 minutes away. I think it’s about time they shut down and let them build something more useful in its place. Never EVERRRR going back.

A truly horrible experience, first of all I wasn’t able to get a beverage because the fountain machine was down. Next they told me they had discontinued the Sourdough King so I ordered the Bacon King. For a burger called Bacon King it sure seems to be missing a lot of bacon. I should have gone to Wendy’s they actually put bacon on their promotional bacon burgers. This just was a plain Whopper with cheese and bacon. Why was I charged $3 dollars more for this sad bacon burger?

Regular cheeseburger $2.50 hard edges on the buns, very little ketchup and mustard. Not worth 50 cents let alone $5 cuz I bought two. Were both horrible.

They prioritize cars. I was on foot, I had a simple order and they made me wait for 2 cars behind me go through so I missed my bus by seconds. The lobby closes super early so if they are gonna make me walk through the drive thru at least treat me like car.
