Stopped by this morning on our way to the coast. Husband ordered a breakfast burrito with no meat. The woman who took our order confirmed no meat. Unfortunately it had sausage so we had to go back. Going back to have it remade is annoying, but whatever. Accidents happen. What earned the low rating / review is the attitude of the manager (supervisor?) when I went back to have it remade. I was friendly, just explained what happened and asked to have it remade. She acted like I was the biggest inconvenience and DIDN’T EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE my inconvenience from having to go back and go inside (if I’d wanted to get out of my car, I’d not have chosen the drive through in the first place). Word of advice Burger King Manager (Supervisor?) … If your workers mess up someone’s order, it’s customary to say “I’m sorry for your inconvenience.” Or even just “I’m sorry.” Like that’s all it takes. Just acknowledge it and don’t treat the customer like they’re ruining your day because they want what they paid for. K? K. Awful customer service. Won’t be back.

Overall I don’t have much negative things to say. This restaurant does a pretty good job. The only issues we have ever had with them is not getting the orders correct through the drive thru. Which is super frustrating to say the least but I’m assuming it’s a accident. Which could happen to anyone. Customer service is usually nice the food is usually so so. Fries tend to be cold most the times tho. But overall it’s a good place to have something to eat on the go.

I always go to this Burger King for dinner when I have to go to a meeting around 6 p.m. Even though the service can be somewhat slow, they always make me a fresh burger and French fries. The manager here is very friendly with a smile and accommodating. I would recommend this location to anyone who dislikes fast food joints that serve subpar food as the food is always fresh and tasty.

I’m a delivery driver for Door Dash and Uber and I went to burger King at 10:58pm and the store was completely closed and the employees were sitting in the parking lot vaping even though Google says they don’t close until 12am. Then I proceeded to ask the employees why the close so early and they gave me so much attitude and I had to cancel my customers order which takes money and time away from me. Horrible service and wouldn’t recommend this specific burger King to anyone

Pretty good food if you are in a rush and would luke to eat and the staff are friendly. I rate it a 4 out of 5 though because when we ordered the original chicken sandwich with cheese, it was pretty cold. Overall the place is good 🙂
