Only had a small issue with the french fries being cold. They immediately cooked me fresh, steaming hot fries. They were friendly, polite and made me feel welcome. The only issue I had was when I cleaned up after myself and went to throw away my trash, both of the trash cans were over filled with waste. In the picture below I had already pushed the garbage down so that I could fit my own trash into the hole on the left. This wasn’t an issue, however. As for the rest of the store it was squeaky clean even the soda machine had been kept clean with no spoils or drips in site. The parking lot was also clean. So in all I’m still giving them 5 stars because even though the garbage was full it wasn’t out of control and everything around the cans was clean. It may have just been end of shift. Great job overall and to the staff, I say, Thank you!

I love BK but I am so saddened about the food I got yesterday. I was in a rush to get to my kiddos appointment and he needed some lunch. I got some of the nuggets and all of them were cold and stale like they had been sitting out. So disgusting. If I wasn’t in such a hurry to get to the appointment I would have went back. Such a waste of $17 to eat there. 🙁

Got a Whopper Jr. and it was really dry, not like the full size one at all. Also got chicken nuggets that were very dry and a coke which was refreshing. Other than that, service was fine and the store was clean.

If I could do no stars I would. This BK is the worst. I came in for a delivery, waited for 35 min till I was fuming. No one should have to wait 35 minutes for fast food. You should have saw this place on 6/30. I was there from 7:24 till 8:05 along w/a lot of others for the same reason but hey the Mgr still found the time to take his break while watching everything go down while 2 young guys were behind the counter who both clearly did not know what they were doing. 1 lady said to the 1 young guy, We got 4 chicken sticks, do I have to wait another 31 minutes to get the bbq sauce to? Another lady said, If I don’t get my mobile food now I’m canceling the delivery another Dasher came in after 8pm & asked the 2nd young guy how long it would be, the young guy put his hand on his head & said, I’m not going to lie, it’s going to be awhile. What I don’t get is they weren’t doing anything. I’ve seen fast food places w/only 1 person go faster. I didn’t get my mobile food till after the Mgr came back after his break. Unreal, Unprofessional & Uncalled for. This BK needs to transfer other BK employees to this location & do some actual training so they know what they are doing & can handle helping more than 1 person at a time. You just cannot run a place this way. There was trash all over the floor. It just was not a good scene all the way around.

Every time I order chicken or onion rings of any kind it’s always re-fried and causes health issues. If I get one more re-fried piece of anything I will report the health code violation!! No amount of heat of any kind can kill the bacteria on expired food, that’s why they are put on 20 minute timers!!!!! Just take the time to cook a fresh piece of chicken!!! I’d rather not feel horrible from your food.

Waited in the drive through for an hour and 5 minutes with only 4 or 5 cars ahead of me, and ended up getting the wrong order in the end. I would have left once I’ve been there longer than 20 minutes but it was a mobile order and there’s not even a way to cancel orders on the app.

For the most part what upsets the most is a waiting time in the drive through every time I go west Salem BK. If there is like 2 cars ahead of you, you would end up waiting for like 35 min on some days. And 10 min before you can even start ordering while at ordering microphone
