If I could give them a 0 I would. This Burger King always has the WORST customer service plus I’ve never received a correct order from them. I nearly spent $30 to get two completely different sandwiches than what I ordered, plus I ordered a large fry and this is what I got half full and very small. Oh yeah and when you call them they don’t answer probably too busy chit chatting in the back, I know how it is to work in fast food and this establishment is awful. Burger King is Keizer is definitely the way to go don’t waste your time or money here.

Went through drive-thru about an hour and a half ago, got absolutely the wrong order. I’ve been trying to call repeatedly. No one is answering the phone, plus it’s ringing for anywhere between 8 and 52 seconds and hanging up, which means it is not automated. Therefore I think I’m going to have to do a chargeback with my bank because this is absolutely inedible. I am tossing the mayonnaise sandwiches they gave me. I may give them the chance to fix it after I get off work. But for now I’m hungry and those were not something I can even eat. Not real happy with Burger King at the moment for some strange reason. And why list a phone number if it can’t get through to the store?

Ordered 6 sausage egg & cheese croissants thru the drive thru. Got home and not one of them had cheese on them. Tried calling this location several times immediately after discovering the issue and wouldn’t you know it! No answer. If they were out of cheese they could have said something. If the cook doesn’t know how to make them, they could have been able to fix the issue, at least for the next customer. If only they could have answered the phone.

Napkins and condiments are not readily available and you have to request more by standing in line again or catching someone’s eye behind the counter.
