I ordered my food with no bun due to a medical condition. They threw it all the ingredients together in a box, which they left open before throwing into the bag. It was an absolute mess and they didn’t even include the bacon. Would have gone in but we were in a rush to go to a family event.

I have never once had such terrible service at this bk. Not only did the lady turn around and talk about me to her coworkers in front of me but she was more concerned about rushing through the order didn’t even get my correct order had to repeat myself over and over again just to still not get my correct order and I was missing things. I know they’re underpaid and over worked but that’s still not a excuse for terrible behavior.

They basically ignore you until all the car orders they can do are done. Generally only have 2 people, one Manning the orders and the other doing the cooking. Don’t deviate from the menu.

The line was backed up by 12 cars at 1130am , so I went into the restaurant thinking it would be quicker as I only saw like 5 cars in the whole parking lot. When I went inside I was customer #4 waiting inside. 1 of which was just getting their food as I sat down to wait my number. 20 minutes later I was given my food with NO apology for the wait time ! You could tell that the employees are being paid minimum wage as they moved SLOWER THAN THE SECOND COMING OF CHRIST !! Furthermore I only saw 3 employees inside working and NONE of them smiled or seemed happy to have a paying job !! C’MOM BK You have you’re corporate office in Canada to avoid business taxes here in the US. How about instead of lining you’re CEO’s pockets you splurge on more employees and ones who smile and truly care about working for the big BK !!! The dinning area lacks any kind of welcoming decor, pretty sterile !!!

Tried the new “whopper melt.” Let’s just say it’s not even close to a whopper, it’s the kids cheeseburger patty! And had to pay extra just to have 2 small patties. We requested the regular one, grilled onions, lite sauce and we got one with tons of sauce and jalapeños! Must have got somebody else’s order, we never ordered the spicy one so much special sauce we could not even pick it up without patties, onions falling out, had to scrape of most of the sauce and onions off just to eat it, what a mess! See picts (next to ranch dressing), it’s tiny! The store was DARK with no lights on, looked closed. Told the staff about the lights being off but they still off when we left the drive thru.

The store was very neat and tidy. Very clean. The bathroom was about as slippery as could be and could pose a threat to someone falling. Atleast put a slippery floor sign up. Or mop it with degreaser. The food was on point and the staff was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. I think this place could use some exterior renovations to make it stand out from the brutal competition nearby; Because the overall experience was positive.

I definitely love Burger King more than the other fast food burger joints, and this one has pretty good service that’s quick and friendly. I love the new Ch’king burgers that they’ve got, and it’s awesome to have Surge available on tap at least one location in the world. But I don’t like that they have signs up to say you can come inside to make a to-go order or to pick up delivery when the reality is the doors are always locked and you can’t get in; at least anytime I’ve ever tried.

Totally incompetent people working in their drive thru on 17 August, 2023 at about 3:00 PM. I know it’s hard to find good help these days, but this was ridiculous- having to repeat my order four times and STILL receiving the wrong items and un-filled drinks.

You guys really need to change the way you advertise your sandwiches. The whopper melt is barely the length of a ketchup packet. I called and talked to Burger King today because yesterday my sandwich was the regular size of a whopper when I ordered the whopper melt meal and today it was tiny. I was told that the whopper melt is actually supposed to be the size of a Whopper Jr.
