If there isn’t an employee verbally raging out then it’s always super long waiting times. It doesn’t help they are always under staffed. It takes over 10 minutes just waiting at the menu just to get my order taken. I would like to go to the one considering they’re 3 minutes from my house, now I just go to the other location. Definitely going to be the last time I come to this location.

Great staff at this location and the whopper is an excellent all-American burger. The fries are very good as well.

Waited 15 minutes for one meal. Walked in by time they finished helping their 4th customer after me. No acknowledgment at all about the wait. Also had to wait a few minutes for someone to ask how they could help right after they helped someone immediately before me.

I have been coming around the later afternoon or evening time frame throughout the week but I have decided to change my dinner spot. I somehow manage to come every time there’s this heavy-set guy working. He is probably the most annoying person I’ve dealt with every time I come. I want to get in and get out type of deal, but this guy keeps me at the window with what feels like forever. It’s ironic because the line moves so slow that I am sure it’s because of him talking to everyone for so long. I understand that you want your employees to be nice and even relatable but I have no desire to talk especially for SO LONG, like 3 minutes of him just talking and trying to crack jokes. This guy gets comfortable in the window as soon as he cashes me out and all I want to do is roll my window up. He will be talking and I see that my food has been placed next to him or someone is trying to get his attention and he just won’t shut up, I have tried to talk to him directly politely telling him I am tired and would appreciate the quiet and it’s like it went in one ear and out the other. I wish I knew this guys name, he looks older, heavyset, facial hair, and just talks and talks. I would highly suggest that he’s talked to or taken away from doing drive thru service. I will savor my break from BK for awhile because of this.

Generally service is good. Food is usually good, too. But, it is the nature of fast-food places to experience fairly frequent turnover of employees and management. So, with that said, if you order too many items here… and you customize some of your burgers or sandwiches there’s a pretty good chance some of the customized items will be done right and some not done right. If you don’t want it done your way it increases the odds your order will be correct when you get it. But, if the right people are working you can get the entire order the way you ordered it. Lately they’ve been getting the order correct or only one or two items not as ordered. That’s about as good as you can expect at Albany fast food places.

They hold cars in the drive thru to make window time shorter. They also forgot piece of my order, went back and they gave me the rest of my order instead of remaking it. It was 30 min old, soggy bread from mayo and the chicken was all spongy not crispy from sitting. Would have rather had it remade than eating a cold soggy sandwich

Went in for dinner right after 8pm. Tried to go in and order but the doors were locked because the lobby had apparently closed early. We waited in drive thru for approximately 10 minutes before our order was taken. The crew member taking our order was very nice but seemed rather overwhelmed. When we reached the window and paid for our meal, we could see inside where it looked like there was only the male crew member working drive thru and one female crew member taking on all of the cooking. They both did an excellent job of getting us our food in a short amount of time considering they were busy. And best of all! My food was made correctly! I’m very specific about how I like things, and usually it gets all messed up! Literally 8 out of 10 visits to this burger King with a full staff load, my orders always end up made wrong or missing something. I was ve to y pleased with my food and would give both employees kudos! I however, don’t like the obvious fact that they were short staffed and expected to do the job of what should have been two other employees, at least, at this time of night and in this location. And although I understand now, why the lobby was closed, it is pretty annoying since this sort of situation (short staffed, closing early, ECT) seems to happy quite often. So for the employees in shift tonight… Thank you so much for all your hard work, and even if you seemed overwhelmed you were respectful, kind, hard working and made sure that my family was fed and happy, and that is so much appreciated! Y’all deserve a raise!!!

Made me wait in the drive through for more than 10 minutes before they would take my order because they wanted to “carch up on orders “. As I was trapped in the line by cars behind me I had no choice but to wait. Then the person taking orders couldn’t get my order right so they switched to someone else to take my order.

Food is always great here. I am a regular here and the service is always great. I can tell these workers are overworked and tired but bring 110% everyday. They deserve better pay because they do great work.

It used to be one of my favorite fast food places to eat, but not anymore. I went there the other day and ordered a whopper with cheese and a milkshake, and it cost me $16.00. They seem to think they are serving gold burgers or something. The cost of a burger and shake is way out of line.
