Got the grossest mozzarella sticks that I thing we’re/bad/rotten. Took one bite and it was disgusting and it spit it out. Inside was not the white mozzarella but something off and rotten. Made me afraid to go to any burger king

I used drive through to get take out foo. The service was quick and the window person was polite and efficient. The burger and fries were good but nothing special. For a whopper, fries and medium drink it was almost $16, which is a bit expensive imo.

Yes, they had Burger King food. They did mess up my order and leave off two small fries. The app was a pain to use and my order wasn’t as expected. The employees made it right in the end.

It’s Burger King. Staff is great. Company food and atmosphere are what they make it everywhere. Won’t hold that against the employees though. “Chicken-fries?” Where is the wholesome food in that? I’d pay more if the food was actually worth eating.

I Initially pulled in to the drive-thru at this particular Burger King and I sat at the order box in the drive-thru for almost 5 minutes no one ever came on, so I pulled through and went inside the people behind the counter acted like they didn’t even care that I was there You can tell by their actions and their general demeanor that all they wanted to do was go home they didn’t want to be there. It wasn’t that they were rude it was just you could tell they didn’t care. When the lady behind the counter placed my to-go order on the counter and called my number she sat my order on the counter along with another order called both numbers and then turn around and just walked away. I had to literally ask her which one was which. And then there was no ice in the soda machine, none Not a great experience. I don’t believe I will be spending any more money at that particular Burger King.

I went here with my mother to get some brunch and all was good we got our food handed to us in the drive through and we asked for water, they told us to pull to the front to wait for the water. We did and then thought it was odd that there was no one else in the drive through and we were told to wait out front even though we already got our food, 5 mins went by and we just left confused. Couldn’t they have just filled up the water right then in the drive through? Why make us sit in the front, strange but not mad:)

10 min wait in the drive thru line.. people were leaving. When finally placing my order, mentioned the long wait and asked if I could place my order. Guy rudely said “since you’re so impatient, what do you want!?” Got to the window and they practically threw my order at me ( a male and female both at window, and they had said they were short of help!) Bun was COLD, hamburger was COLD, cheese was unmelted… Used to love this place… this is the last straw for me. It been going downhill for a long time!

Closed early randomly some days because they’re “waiting for the hood cleaners.” They always seem to be closed by 10 p.m. on Saturdays despite having claimed to be open til midnight. This has led to a lot of late-night disappointed dungeon masters.

What’s going on? Somebody gave me all the scrap parts of the French fries? Seriously? Almost like they poured the whole bottle of salt on them too. Also the Original Chicken sandwich was hard as a rock the bread was so stale. What’s happened to management?
