Whoever owns this location should be ashamed. Drive through wait was ridiculous for 2 pm for Sunday. We ordered three burgers. All three were inedible. Buns cold. Meat tasted reheated and sour. Cheese not melted. When my companion went in to return the food, the interior was unkept. Employees looked unclean and like they walked in off the street. Our money was better spent up the road.

The person who took our order after about 5 minutes waiting was wearing pajama pants and hoodie. While waiting for our food the girl doing fries was seen eating fries out of the fry bin, then boxing fries. 90% of the tables were dirty. The girl that took out order was swearing and talking to someone else who came in very loudly.

Absolutely the worst fast food experience to date! The most incredibly inconsiderate manager that I have ever encountered at a fast food business. They messed up our order, were rude on the phone, and were totally unprofessional. Long story short, we were shorted items and they refused to make it right or let us speak to someone higher up. They were happy to take our money but refused to render the items purchase. I call that theft.

I’m disappointed. I have sent this Burger King a lot of business and that stops now. I just deleted my Burger King app after they cheated my client and refused to make our order right. We triple checked our order before placing it online and the website must have malfunctioned or they did something while filling the order because were two Sandwiches left off the order and the two we did get were not as ordered at all! The hamburger had no sauce of any kind. We are not impressed. So, I called and got a rude girl who said her name is Destiny who claimed to be the manager. I was super nice but she did not care about what I had to say. She didn’t care that the error was their mistake. She refused to fix it, and when I asked for her to give my number to the owner she said he does not call or take calls. It was clear she has no clue on how to provide even a basic level of customer service. They shorted us 2 sandwiches which we ordered extra condiments on, plus a large onion ring. My client trusted them and even tipped $10! Yet, Destiny and Burger King chose to lose my business and my clients business. This girl had such an holy than though attitude….acting like she was something special. She kept bragging that she was the manager ♀️ She also acted like I didn’t understand that the owner was a CEO! She stated that he doesn‘t have time to talk on the phone. My daughter is a CEO and she is always on the phone! I have owned companies and I always made time to speak with customer if there was an issue. A smart business owner always has time for customer feedback. If you want bad service, cold food, or would like to pay for something you don’t get, then you might like the Florence Burger King!

Florence location always goes above and beyond! They messed up 2 times out of, well too many to count , and showed my family they really cared by making it up and offering things they did not have to in our order that they fixed! Their staff is happy, friendly, quick, and helpful! They really do care about their customers and that’s something not too common with fast food in general.

Absolute worst Burger King ever. At 10pm, they had three cars move out of the drive through window and park because of some kind of time regulation. It took 45 minutes for two junior chicken sandwiches and mozzarella sticks. When they finally delivered the food, we were informed that they were out of lettuce, so the chicken sandwiches were bread, chicken and mayo. The staff is great, I have no idea why they continue to work there. Ownership is an absolute disaster, I cannot stress enough how badly you should skip this place.
