Understaffed and overwhelmed. Busy. The soda machine for the drive through does not work. Now -. A most kind and excellent employee took my order. Professional. She and the fellow cooking well deserve raises. I mean substantial raises. The guy was motorin’. My Whopper was near perfection. A rarity anywhere in the fast food world. I heap high praise on these young people for working hard. A lot of Drive Thru and Walk-In orders. Both staying and going. 11 or 12 seats. This place is small. I will be back.

It’s fast food, so nothing special to boast about. We got a Whopper meal for two, and some chicken fries. The Whopper’s were tasty as always. The fries were hot, crispy, and had just the right amount of salt. The chicken fries were crispy and tasty as well.

There is absolutely no excuse as to why it should take more than twenty minutes to get orders ready, regardless of whether it’s drive-thru or dine-in. I thought it was called fast food! The manager should be ashamed of themselves for even setting up shop there. It’s terribly located and difficult to get into, they never got my order(s) right, and very snarky attitudes from the employees. I used to go to Burger King every so often because they had decent food, but this place made me rethink my options. Sorry, BK, but I don’t care how many more customers you’ll gain, but you certainly just lost a long-time customer for good.

So I went in the drive-through today to get a whopper meal. It took almost 15 minutes for the 2 cars ahead of me to order. A bit of backstory, I had covid a couple years ago, and it ruined my sense of smell. It has come back, but many things smell and taste off. I therefore have to order my meals carefully. No onion or garlic, pickles etc. All taste very bad to me, and if there is even a little bit it ruins the meal for me. I asked specifically if I could have no onions or pickles. He wrote it on the screen wrong, I asked him to correct it, he said he did, but did not. Pickles on my burger. A waste of $13.00. Never going here again. It is clear to me he thought I was being difficult or something and had them add the pickles anyways, as he did not bother to change it on the screen.

What a terrible place to get breakfast fast. Says open at 6. Pulled into 2nd drive thru at 558 am. Their speaker comes on at 559 and says we don’t own till 6. I say I know, I can wait the extra minute. Then employee tells me I have to back out because they don’t use the 2nd lane in the morning and a employee comes out to block the 2nd drive thru lane at 6 am and leaves then at 605 same employee comes out and removes cones from 1st drive thru lane and it took 10 min to get 2 ice cold croissant sandwich. Very disappointing.

Honestly, worst Burger King I’ve ever been to. I keep coming back because it’s close to home but I think it’s time I find a new location. Service is slow. Often times sold out of something or something in the kitchen is broken. One evening I came in, and had to go around twice to get my soda because their machine was out of syrups and they didn’t have anyone that knew how to change my hem. Honestly, not worth a visit. Save yourself the headache. Two stars because the food is usually OKAY.
