On a business trip again. We tried sonics 1st. We were turned away due to our truck being to big. Didn’t fit in drive thru. We tried out luck at BK. The young guys working were busy hanging out. Fries were cold. BTW They taste best when cooked and served fresh. Not the case with our fries. The young group of friends working were great entertainment for us.

Window associate forgot to give me food and then looked at me blankly when I asked for it. When I received the food it was cold and not how I had ordered it. I went inside to correct the order but the “manager” running the back was quick with an attitude. When I repeated back my order he said “If you want your food you’ll have to bring quiet and drop the attitude” I said “you’re the one with attitude. I just want my food” so he stopped around the corner, yelled at me that I wasn’t getting my food and he was giving me a refund. I told him I didn’t want a refund I wanted my food. He told me he was going to call the cops because he was yelling at me and wouldn’t give me food. Also claimed I yelled at him when I spoke up enough to be heard from the back area where he was yelling at me from about what my order is. I ultimately left with cold food and an anemic episode I now can’t fix. Terrible employee. Terrible staff. Worst experience ever.

I ordered through their app almost 2 weeks ago. They double charged me for the order and then neither order was delivered. I was told I would be refunded for both in 3-5 business days and never received either refund. When I have repeatedly emailed because there is no number to call, I was told to wait longer. I will never use burger king again! This is beyond the worst customer service I have ever dealt with!

If your looking for a good “Hot burger & Fries”? This isn’t the place. I drive locally or semi locally out of Vancouver Washington and we have a run down here then over to Brookings then home. A few years ago this place was banging good. Now this was the worst service and food I have ever eaten. The girl working the counter was less then enthusiastic about her job. The guy working the drive thru was just as motivated. The fries were cold and I mean cold. I ordered two whopper jr duos and they too were cold with cheese and I ordered no cheese. I went in through the drive through got my order and was surprised that I even got napkins but I did . Then when I pulled around and checked they didn’t give me ketchup for my French frieso. I pulled around again and asked for some ketchup and she gives me a huge handful That was spilling out of her hands… Who in the right mind needs 10 packets of ketchup for medium fry? I don’t know but when I told her that I only needed two she ignored me and turned around so I threw them back into the window and the manager gave me a dirty look. Horrible customer service! I’m surprised there’s still even open at all. I’m not saying that all of them are like that because there was one there. That was absolutely amazing with customer service but this one this morning was just awful
