Management is awful. They actually couldn’t make a hamburger due to the broiler being down and refused the rest of our order because it was an online order. Manager was rude and flippant. The man on the microphone sounded like it was halfway down his throat and almost incomprehensible. They couldn’t even offer us a drink or something to make up for driving all the way there only to find out BURGER king can’t make burgers. Now we have to wait 3-5 days for a refund as well.

I keep trying, hoping BurgerKing went back to their old ways of having pride in the food, in themselves. I’ve been disappointed a lot lately. I know fast food jobs are not the best, especially when you have customers that are rude and sometimes they are just a$$holes. Learning to deal with them will pay dividends in the future and learning how to stay gainfully employed when it’s slow and everyone else is slacking will also be of value in future jobs.

I completely just erased and changed my opinion of this place. Went there an hour and a half before closing and had a big order and was treated like a literal burger king. Hot fresh food great, excellent, outstanding customer service. I don’t know who was in the kitchen buy crowns off to them! Definitely recommend at all hours of the day!

I went to the drive thru, there was 3 cars in line ahead at the windows… I ordered, then 2 cars ahead and I, proceeded to wait 10 minutes… finally after five more minutes (15 minutes total) I was finally at the window to pay… the bill was $11.09, I had a fifty dollar bill and two ones and some change… so I gave her $51.09 so that she could give me 2 twentys for change… she would not take the fifty dollar bill… she even said she had plenty of of change, but she wasn’t allowed to take a $50… So I went to McDonald’s… there were three cars ahead of me… it took 5 minutes to get my food and they had no problem breaking my $50… You had several chances to provide excellent service, and you failed miserably… Never again, Burger King, Never again.

So close to a 5 star, I haven’t had BK in a long time, and I underestimated how much I enjoy the burgers. If the mayo wasn’t put on so heavily it was falling out the sides, having me press on the burger to have a tangible amount, it would have been great.
