Placed order using mobile app and in store pickup. When I went for pickup the door was locked and had a notice “for all orders placed use drive through”. There is no point in placing mobile order with in store pickup option. The drive through was long, dead slow service, took 48 minutes to get my food from drive through window. TERRIBLE SERVICE .

We order here alot today they messed up my mobile order first the burger was all wrong! Then they gave my Grandkids hot chicken fries! They don’t read the simple orders that come thur then I had to go back up there to tell them what was wrong. So my food was ice cold & my Grandkids where hungry. I spoke to the lady in charge she tells me there is No manager there? Then I needed the burger to give back my daughter didn’t see her burger was all wrong til I was already on my way up there. She argued about redoing what was incorrect. & Dianna said the number was on the door. WOW When I asked for her name she acted like she didn’t want to give it. Also the cookies they are out all the time told me to come back next time. But I was charged for it on my mobile app.
