I’m not from the area, but an employee told my partner and me that dining was closed. It was 8 PM, and this business listed it’s opening time till 12 AM on Google maps. The employee saw we looked confused and informed us that we can order at the drive through. We weren’t given the option to order inside and take the food to go. There should be a sign at the entrance that indicates the above. Better yet, hours and operations should be updated online. Lastly, condiments like ketchup were not automatically given for fries. We had call back an employee and request for it.

super rude staff, made huge song and dance abt having to charge for sauce we didn’t care abt having to pay for and then messed up half our order, called us “slow” at the window and then forgot the sauce too! came here a couple weeks ago and it was completely different! wonder what happened :/

Ordered 2 double whoppers from DoorDash. It was very obvious that Burger King took 2 cold single whoppers, removed the lettuce, added what I wanted and just said send it. Even with a refund from DoorDash, I still lost $10 of which went to the driver for a tip. This has happened twice this week already from ordering here. My best advice is to boycott this location. I generally feel bad for the owner who is probably being taken advantage of by the manager, who is obviously running the business to the ground. I feel bad for the employees who are eventually going to lose their jobs when this establishment is forced to close down due to lack of business.

I guess the manager has instructed the employees to not honor the “treat instead of a toy” option that is clearly displayed on their menu. 2 disappointed kids means it doesn’t matter how helpful and friendly the staff is (and they were), it’s still a 1 star.

Terrible service. Went to use coupon then told me I can’t and would have to get out then line and order online then come back in line for mobile order. The app kept not working. I ordered a shake and was not able to get it because it was passes ten pm. If that the case it shouldn’t have allowed me in the app. Then your me I needed to do the refund in the app. Then I asked for Ranch had an order for 3 and she gave me one for all 3 off us … ridiculous

Burgers were cold tomatoes were hot Mayo pickles hot cheeses way melted bun soggy , they microwaved old burgers , and the pickles tasted like they were going bad , worst Burger King experience I ever had , sorry did not take pictures of burgers because we did eat them but only because we were very hungry and did not want to fight traffic to go back , you need to stop microwave burger heating it’s cheap and just bad and irresponsible food preparation , not to mention highly unprofessional . I will Yelp Yelp Yelp if it happens again . PS they never give a receipt when I go there , and the chicken nuggets were way stale .
