The place kept to clean standards but, that only means they are passable. To me, everything in this place is coated with a fine layer of deep fryer mist. That being said I find the bathrooms are never attended to. I go here for only one reason: the app is the bomb. I save A LOT.!

I ordered some mozzarella sticks and chicken nuggets. When I asked the employee for barbecue sauce, he had the audacity to say, “I’ll trade you!” and was asking me to give him back the marinara sauce. He had me check my bag to ensure I didn’t have barbecue sauce hidden in there. I got back to the hotel room and when I was about to eat the nuggets, I realized they were overcooked. Smh. These have probably been sitting all day!

Floors and tables were unclean. Staff was harried. We ordered the Impossible Burger and a chicken sandwich with fries. Both were sloppily presented and unappetizing. The fries were barely cooked, though we had requested crispy fries. It seemed like little care was given to the customer or the food and we were unsatisfied with the entire experience. Worse, we both felt sick to our stomachs after eating.

Exterior lighting was out in various places around the building. The menu board had half of it’s lights out and a missing menu piece. Drive thru service was slow. Had a run down feeling to it. Was skeptical about my food, but it tasted good.

When I ordered an applesauce, this is what I got. I would be worried about food quality if I were you. I also asked for extra pickles and no tomatoes and they gave me 2 pickles and no other toppings on my sandwich.
