Love the Original Chicken Sandwhich. The Onion Rings are one of the the best for fast food maybe even non fast-food restaurant. I love when I bit into it, I don’t get the whole onion that slides out. Whopper is good as well.

My Bone!
I placed an order through their website. When it arrived I was missing an item. I called this location to report it and inform them the driver who delivered it must have forgotten and if they could send it back out as I can’t contact their driver as the order was done through the BK site. The staff immediately accused me of lying and that I must have received it! That was until they were told I have CCTV outside my house. Then they went into a rant of how they just make the food and how they won’t reimburse me for the missing item and Though $hit! I could use BK again through a trackable service but with scummy employees like this I won’t be back. I would recommend you don’t either. I will be calling my bank to report this issue and get my money back one way or another. Use cation if going to this place!

Sat in line for 15 minutes, wasn’t very busy. Then, another 15 minutes at the menu board. Used a loyalty code and continued my order. Then the employee told me to wait for a few minutes. Sat for 7-8 minutes before the “manager” came on and asked if I had been helped. Explained that I had already started my order but hadn’t completed it. I also Explained that the screen went blank. He asked what I ordered and explained I had a code and my code had disappeared. He then argued that he couldn’t do anything about the lost code. Asked for the manager, he said he was. Also told me I had a bad attitude. I was irritated but didnt have an attitude. I explained I had now been waiting at the menu board for 20+ minutes and I am frustrated and would just like the manager to make it right. Told me he couldn’t do anything and told me to leave. Guy had to be 18 years old… definitely not a good vibe from the “manager”. Avoid this place at all costs. Not worth the trouble.

Just went threw the drive and I was served in a friendly and fast manner. But hats off to the cool tonight because this was by far the best Burger King I have ever had food was hot and fresh and absolute fire!

So i went here at like 6pm. The place was all dark when I pulled up and if other cars hadn’t been in the drive thru I would of just figured they were closed. I don’t know if they close the lobby early and just do drive thru everyday but this was my experience, which was kind of a bummer because my 8 year old was excited to play in their play area. Went through the drive through, employees were incredibly friendly. My driver side window doesn’t roll down so my son ordered and paid and then received the food and they were exceptionally patient with him lol. I ordered the royal chicken sandwich, thinking it was similar to McDonald’s crispy chicken deluxe…I was mistaken. My son ordered a whopper Jr meal and a side of nuggets. I also got a small soft serve. So the ice cream was so so. I don’t think I would order that again or go out of my way for it. The gal at the intercom offered to put it in a cup for me which I appreciated. My son started in on his nuggets and after one bite passed them up to me and said they tasted funny and asked if they accidentally gave us spicy ones. They were not spicy but they had almost a washed out remnant taste of spicy maybe? Regardless they did not taste good, and not like they were bad or rotten lol they just didn’t taste great. He did inhale his whopper Jr and then asked to share my burger with me which he usually does. But when I opened and took a bite of mine and realized mine tasted like a big version of those nuggets I tried to just give him the whole thing to which he denied. So there was $6 for the sandwich and $3 worth of nuggets immediately thrown away. The fries were good. All in all it was a reminder of why we don’t usually go there. Even a coupon for a bogo sandwich meal isn’t enticing enough. Will For SURE be going right across the street to the McDonald’s next time.

I am so disgusted with the service at this restaurant. They say they can not get enough employees to be efficient with ordering. Yet the owner or ceo has probably never helped in making food or being in a restaurant to help in times of need. I think “ambrosia” as a management company should send the ceo to help out with ordering, or maybe they are paid too much to subject themselves to this kind of torture. I own my company, and if I need to sweep up to help my company, there is nothing that is below me to do to make sure it flourishes. Dear CEO. I think you should spend a day with your employees to understand how life really works, instead of making others have to deal with your shortfalls of owning a business.
