They have absolutely no order. People at the drive through get served at random instead of the order they arrived in. When you finally get to the order mic they make you wait any where from 3 to 8 minutes to place your order while you sit in silence wondering if they’re even in there. And the food. I order a bacon king and it was missing the freaking bacon. Do not waste your money and time here.

1230hrs and I’m one of 3 in the BK. I wait 12 minutes. While waiting, I ask what the address is as I was on the phone being asked that question. This manager, with the safe wide open pulling money out, said “I think it’s 2202…man, Im not sure! That may answer why I waited 12 minutes for 2 hamburgers and a kids meal…pretty tasking, I guess. Never again. Great burger, though!!

All this boys and the girl on this schedule are rude. They don’t care about a good customer service is, the girl who take my order was very rude. When we arrive to the window they didn’t give us the drinks, I ask one of the guys, he close the window ignoring us, I have to get off my car to knock the window, they ignore me!, I open my self the window and tell them why they was ignoring me, and why the didn’t give me my drink and the receipt …. once again, they ignore me!!! I couldn’t believe it!!!! … then a nice man came to the window and I explained him what happened, one of the other guys was trying to argue with me at that time!! the nice guy tell him to go away and he give me my drinks.

The store is always very clean. The employees are always nice and friendly. The manager seems to do well with the crew! Food is always delicious and how i ordered it. Although sometimes the wait is a little long. Overall the nice friendly service and great customer service along with great food! Makes it worth the wait!

This should be a a zero rating! My first and last time going to this location! I went through the drive through before my son’s football practice to order a whopper with cheese no bun no pickle no ketchup. Got to practice and there was a burger patty with cheese lettuce and onion but no mayonnaise and no tomato’s. So I went back to get the mayonnaise/tomatoes. When I explained what was missing on my whopper with cheese Jill whom I believe was the manager rudely threw away my whopper and remade my whopper. When she gave it to me she said we don’t add mayonnaise or tomato to low carb options! First off I was thinking I didn’t order anything as a low carb option. I ordered and paid for a whopper with no bun no pickles no ketchup. Then when I looked at what was on my remade whopper by Jill I saw that she didn’t put the cheese I paid for. When I spoke up to Jill calmly saying you forget the cheese for my whopper. Jill rudely said you should have said that when I went to remake it. I did!!! I was so upset with how horrible the customer service Jill represented that I couldn’t even eat the food I paid for! In fact the only reason I know the name to speak of here is because when I went back to my car I was so upset by the way I was treated so I went back into the establishment to directly ask this female managers name. As I left upset Manger Jill condescendingly said have a nice day. All Jill had to do was give me a side of mayonnaise and tomato. But instead she treated me like I did something wrong and she gave me a cold burnt patty with unmelted cheese plus toppings. I will be calling corporate to complain about who they have managing things for there company! I’ve never been treated like this when purchasing food.

Wish I could have given a ZERO.. they were more interested in getting the drive thru taken care of than the people waiting over 20 min for a single burger inside!! I will never recommend this place.
