One of the only things that saves this location is an older woman who works here that’s amazing and knows customer service. The rest of them that Ive interacted with is 50/50. I sat in the drive thru AT the speaker, attendant said one minute please and then watched her take orders for 3 cara in a row from the other lane. This is NOT the first time. Food is expensive and now that workers get paid more it’d be nice if there was a little more customer service. The lines here are also typically long so plan ahead or go to another o w.

If you want a chicken sandwhich without the chicken, a burger you requested w/o onion due to allergy, smothered with them, or to never quite know the hours bc they are just randomly close at odd times, then this is your place! And don’t bother with a follow up complaint, they are franchise and could care less about you or your concerns, that goes for bk corporate as well, unless you want a $10 coupon to shut up and go away.
