Tried the new chicken sandwich. Wasn’t a fan but it was fresh bacon and cheese crispy sandwich. It more about the sauce in it that turned me off but I definitely want to try the spicy to compare. I live nearby so this is a convenient place to go, but the Burger King does not abide by their hours at all, they seemingly randomly decide when to open the restaurant. Which means that it’s impossible to look at their website and figure out when they’re going to be open, and it has led to multiple times where I’ve gone to the restaurant just to find out it’s closed. I ordered from a Burger King down in Olympia and when I get home I found out that all 3 whoppers I ordered were just regular ones(I got 2 impossible and one regular) I called up this store and asked what they can do about it. Instead of saying no or just replacing the 2 wrong orders. They gave me an extra one! (Hopefully this wasn’t a mistake too ) I just want to thank the manager and the employees for being very sincere and professional!

Waited in line approximately 15 minutes to place order. Then waited approximately another 15 minutes to receive my order, just to be told by Peggy that they could only fill half of my order. Absolutely no attempt to try and compensate me for my time with the half of my order. Just refunded me my money and trashed the half of my order. Terrible… Won’t ever be back. Worst part is I come here almost every day. Now never again.
