Lot of negative reviews, but I stopped through the other day and was treated like a king. Specifically, Spencer on the drive through! They made me feel like my order was all that mattered. When we got the food, everything was superb. Crispy chicken fries, the burger was very fresh and balanced with meat/toppings, and the fries were crispy and salted well. You will wait half an hour plus just for your your food and drive-thru. The other day they had no burgers, today they have no fountain drinks, and they’re making people wait at the first window until someone waves them up to the second window to get their food. All to make their drive times look good but could care less that the people wait forever in a day and the food ends up being cold. I will probably never go to this restaurant ever again!!! And it used to be one of my regular stops for lunch during the day as I’m always on the road working! Get your act together Burger King this location sucks!!!

This place frequently and irregularly has it’s lobby closed and now I know why. I called ahead to see if the lobby was open, I did not want to waste my time walking there if only the drive thru was open so I called ahead to ask. About 15 minutes later I walked up, saw there were customers eating inside, but when I went to the doors I found them locked. I even checked the other sets of doors. After several minutes of confusion I called again and spoke to the same woman, I explained I was the one who called and that I have arrived to locked doors. She said that she “had to lock the doors because there’s only two employees and they needed lunch breaks.” I’m sympathetic to the chronically understaffed problems a business can have but I simply cannot imagine why someone would lock customers out, and in, as a result. I do t have any idea what the owner/managment is trying to do but they are clearly driving employees away at such a rate they literally can’t keep their doors open. As a result I will not be a customer there ever again and I encourage others to go to any of the other nearby fast food places that are apparently able to treat their staff and customers at least well enough to continue business.

The food looked great. Then we ate it and got so sick.should have figured it out when arrived there, these people were climbing in the dumpsters.would not recommend this place.i want my money back! Very disappointing
