Had a great dinner experience with my two kiddos. Even used the app to help us save some money and get the most food for the cash I had. Definitely recommend when you are on a tight budget but want to go out to eat. Just remember to use the rewards app and use your offers and coupons

I used to work for burger king so i get that you need to make your times for drive thru short but i always found that customers would happily wait and park for a burger thats fresh and exactly how they ordered it. My two recent trips have been absolutely horrible. I will not be visiting this particular restaurant again if i can help it.

A little slow but the food was fresh and hot so maybe that was the reason. While I was looking in through the drive-through window it does look like. It could use a good cleaning though. Fast food is fast food and time is sometimes limited. But we might want to get some overtime offered here in the near future and get that place a little more presentable. Very friendly and professional. (Hard to find these days!)

Never in my life have I had to wait 20 minutes at a Burger King for my food. I took my son to lunch as a special treat and sat and waited for 20 minutes …..it actually took another disgruntled customer to bring it to their attention that I had been waiting that long. The whole time we were waiting we saw a tray under the warmer with 2 fries and a sandwich. It was part of our order…..when we finally did get the order…..my sandwich was wrong and my son’s was only lukewarm and I had to ask for fresh fries. The girl that was putting the orders together got offended that I wanted fresh fries and when I told her my sandwich was wrong she tried searching through the monitor for past orders then she just went back to getting drive thru orders…..without doing anything about my sandwich. I had to go to who I believe was the manager and tell her……she told the back that she needed that sandwich right away…..one of the employees told her that they were told a different sandwich…..like I was in the wrong. I then had to wait…..yet again for the right sandwich. I understand being short staffed but there wasn’t any communication going on and the customer service was horrible. Won’t be back unless they fix their issues!

You cannot get a big king in this establishment. I tried over 10 times over 3 months. They’ll give you a big king XL. They’ll give you a bacon king. But not a big king. This branch needs to be shut down. Every time I even drive past this restaurant, I am overcome with rage.

Went thru the drive through. huge line. took my order and very pleasant and apologized for any wait. got to the window and think it was the manager. very nice and got my order to me promptly and it was correct. He was handling everything very well!

Although they’re currently struggling with staffing (like everyone else), the workers are friendly, the service time is acceptable and the food is always hot and fresh. I’ve never had an issue with an order here and would recommend trying this location. 10/10

If you try to order what is posted on the BK menu as 2 Whopper Jr’s w/ Cheese, for $5.00 these clowns think cheese is “extra” and try to overcharge you FROM THEIR OWN MENU. $7.80 umm noh. “We’ve never done it that way.”, she says. !!??? Are you kidding me? “We can call our manager for you.” wth??!! I wont be back until this place gets straight. I know it wont. Goodbye.

Very dirty lobby and bathroom. Asked for hot food and was given fresh fries but also two old chicken sandwiches. Lots of sandwiches and fries premade and sitting under the heat lamps for extended periods. Sitting watching the same fries preboxed and sandwiches sit premade for at least 15 minutes now. Do not recommend.
