This is one of the worst burger kings I have ever been to. Drive thru is always extremely slow. Like 15 mins to get your food. The inside is not much better. Very dirty. Glass not washed, food on the floor and all the tables are dirty.. I would like to say it was because they are busy. But at 8am on a Saturday? Come on!

Worst damn bk on the planet. Placed our order and apparently it was during a shift change, instead of a continuity in work, they just stopped, talked to the new people coming in completely forgetting they had customers waiting and the short lady who I assumed was a manager all she did was complain to others about how a customer was mad at her for them screwing up their order. Then we finally get our order and head out and I ordered something simple, nuggets for ffs and the first one was ok then I bit into the next one and it was the most mushy undercooked thing I’ve ever had.. totally disgusted I spit it out threw the nuggets out in the parking lot for the birds and left. I’m glad I don’t live in that town I’d never come near that place again

The other evening they were super busy and my order was messed up. The manager was super cool about it and gave me a whole new order on the books for me to pick up in the future. It’s a few days later and called in to get my replacement order with no hickups at all. Food when we picked up was fresh . The team inside was very professional and great customer service. So, I was traveling past this location 7/12 and decided to drive thru and grab some breakfast. It was 7:20 a.m. The store has a lovely park like setting for people to eat outside and was nice and clean. The young gal that helped me was efficient but not very personable. Oh well. I was there for the food. Ordered a sausage croissant with no cheese, tater rounds and a small Coke Zero. Was a little shocked by the $9+ total but inflation and everything, I suppose. Headed down the road back on my trip with breakfast. Wrong! What I got could only be qualified as food in the broadest sense. The sausage patty was burnt, dry, hard – honestly if I found out it was leftover from the previous day it wouldn’t surprise me! It had the consistency of tire rubber (which I think I would have preferred at this point). The tater rounds were marginally fresher but if I had taken the package of them and squeezed, I would have had enough oil to fry up a new batch! The oil literally ran off my fingers! My poor Coke Zero had no carbonation and I’m pretty sure it wasn’t even Coke Zero! So now I have another 5 hour drive with nothing to eat until noon! Not a happy camper at all! My suggestion is to avoid this shop or at least go inside so you can complain about the quality before you are miles down the road! So disappointed!

The dine-in experience is absolutely abysmal. For your own sanity, use the drive-thru when the line’s not spilling out into the parking lot. The food is okay, and the customer service is the only reason I’d consider coming back. But back to the dine-in experience: the soda machine in the lobby is literally blaring BK ads on maximum volume non-stop alongside noise that supposedly passes for music. That’s it. It’s so bad that it overshadows anything positive about this place. I feel sorry for the poor people who have to work near it and listen to that noise all day, because if it were me, I couldn’t do it, so hats off to the staff once again. Please, for your own sanity and that of anyone with you, avoid the lobby.

I have never in my life. Been to a restaurant in spent at least 20 minutes in a drive. Through with only 4 cars, it takes 10 minutes to serve each car. I just spent an hour in the drive through to get a DoorDash order. This place should not be open if I can’t serve. Their customers should never take 10 minutes a car. It is insane and a disgusting thing they do. They need to be closed when they can’t service their freaking customers.

Pretty brutal here now! Nobody working, just two employees on!, and so super slow going. 2 employees only including the poor gal taking all orders inside and for the drive thru too. I just ordered a very simple breakfast sandwich with no extras that took 10/12 mins to get to me after I ordered in the store. Plus the extra wait time of about 5/6 mins to just place my order. I stood and waited and waited!, patiently.

We were going in the drive thru 12:53 pm 2 cars ahead of us, ordered 2 whopper Jr’s. Got are food at 1:30 pm, i complained bout drive thru time got the window slammed shut on me, pulled around to eat found out order was messed up. Then I see the two vehicles ahead of me had there orders were messed up also. This redhead tattooed guy was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with, I’ll never go back and I live in the area.

Current employee Shawna taking orders is super rude and short with customers. You order an item and she immediately totals your order instead of asking if you want anything else. My young son asked for a small drink and she handed him a water cup, he was under the impression that was the cup for the soda fountain. Soon after she threatened my child to have us kicked out because it is considered theft to fill the cup with soda. It was all a misundertanding, he had the money for a soda cup but she obviously lacks customer service skills, she never asked if he wanted to pay for a cup. I understand BK in Omak is always understaffed, however, even under pressure being courteous is priority. Otherwise, dont work for a fast-food chain. The food is bad enough, the negative attitude is not necessary.

We ordered some food and a misunderstanding happened in my drink and shana was accusing us of stealing a drink and said she wasn’t going to let us in again she also had bad customer service she was rude and had attitude and didn’t ask if we wanted a drink and gave us a dirty water cup then we had to pay for the other drink she was also making rude faces in the beginning like we were going to ask for free food she didn’t want to give customer service and treating us like we were poor and if shana is having bad day don’t make her go to work because she takes it out one customers and made my grandma feel bad and most of the time she was in the back talking and she racist with Hispanics only because we looked tan
