This place has got awful. The workers seem miserable and not at all customer friendly, 50/50 if you get your correct order. All in all I avoid and don’t go anymore. Having to drive around and wait for your food at the front door after a drive through order is the new normal and it’s assinin.However this morning I had a train to catch, so I went to the drive through at 6:05 , waited and waited, honked and honked. She finally came to the window and looked at me like I’m crazy, without greeting. Can I order? No you have to go around. For what? Then got the window slammed in my face.She walked off. Lobby doesn’t open till 8!!!..Avoid this place!!

I go here quite often for my lunch break, and they have gotten worse and worse on drive thru times. It will take 10 minutes for 3 cars at the order screen. I’ll get up to the order screen and be told “one moment” every time without fail. Every single time I get told to pull up to their back door for them to hand me food, and then the cars behind me proceed to go in front of me and pull in the parking lot. I’m not sure if they’re trying to cheat their time and numbers, but it’s getting ridiculous.

Well to be honest with you this Burger King specifically is notoriously bad. I deliver food for Uber doordash GrubHub and I’m always worried about going to the store because they messed things up a lot but my food tonight no different my burger I’ll give him this put together very well tonight my bun was dried out and my French fries well they’re on the ground in the parking lot because the seagulls will love them but they were ice cold and I couldn’t eat them.

Just wanted me to move along so he could get rid of the next customer. I didn’t get what I ordered and paid for even more than I ordered. He didn’t give me a refund or the onion rings I didn’t order (but did pay for.) I know people don’t want to work these fast food jobs but they are way over paid for the service they are offering. Basically I paid $13 for a med fries and mozzarella sticks

I stopped by tonight on my way home from work to get a bite to eat. What a disappointment. Soda was room temperature with no ice, burger was wet and soggy, my salt came with a medium fry and the chicken fries were stale and soggy. For $18 I could have gone across the street to Kiko’s tacos or gone up the road to Bobs burgers and had a better experience. Will go else where next time.
