This is hands down the best burger king in the tricities area. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and their customer service is top tier. The food is always cooked to perfection and tastes amazing. Having it your way is their way here. I’ve never had any issues with custom orders, they even have no problem when you use your rewards if the item you want isn’t listed as it’s the spicy one, they will swap it out for you.

This completely unprofessional dump is a revolving door of poorly trained employees and with one particular manager who could care less about a customer mainly because their trying to use the BK app and get a burger n fries with their reward points that they try and use. Months go by and they still don’t know how to use it and then blame the customer. I supported this store all through the pandemic when they were barley getting any customers only to get my orders wrong half the time. Have it your way is nothing but an empty slogan at this branch, of which I’ll never go to again !

As people who road trip quite often, we get tired of fast food and not getting a bang for our buck. This place is a must go if you’re looking for a nice, big, solid, not greasy burger. Only complaint was fries were a little salty but had great flavor. We will be stopping again next time we are in the Vally City area!
