I placed a mobile order and they made me wait 1 hour before saying they don’t have my order and that I need to search online and call buger king…. even after showing them my reciept they wouldn’t just remake the order. So I tried using door dash and then I got an american chicken sandwich with no chicken, no tomatoes and no cheese…. this location is a SCAM! I would call the cops on them next time for theft….

This is the photo from Burger King’s cart to carry its supplies. They keep it by their kitchen door, which is full of trash, as you see, just like the inside of their kitchen. They touch these filthy bun baskets and carts and then handle your food. I wish I could attach the smell too.

Stopped by for a quick lunch today, and the waiting area was nice and clean with free parking on the side of the building. Food was just as good as any other Burger King, but they forgot to add cheese to my chicken sandwich as requested on the order screen and clearly shown on the paper receipt attached to the bag so I had to go back inside and wait a few more minutes for them to fix my sandwich. I also noticed they don’t use regular soda/ice machines…they just give you a 20oz bottle of soda of their choosing…luckily I happen to like the Dr. Pepper they gave me. Overall, I’m satisfied with my order and I’ll be back…just remember to check your order before leaving.

Terrible location. It’s in a cloud kitchen but that’s not what’s wrong with it. I’ve constantly had issues here for the past 6 months. For instance I placed an order today at 12:10 on Uber Eats, I drove here, at 12:25 (15 minutes is long by fast food standards) the app said my food was ready, it’s now 12:45 and I’m still waiting. I just. A canceled my order and have to find another place to eat. In the past I learned they cannot receive orders from the BK app. The app recognizes them and takes your money but the location was not accepting those orders. They don’t have fountain drinks and give you a bottle but don’t say that when you order. Uber eats doesn’t even let you select your soft drink. So many other issues. Terrible and the BK corp should revoke this franchise license.

Avoid!! Tried to order & got a message that there was a problem with my credit card and I see should contact my credit card company. So I tried a different card & got the same message. Gave up & went to McDonald’s. In spite of their message the charges DID go through.
