This our first visit to this restaurant , we ordered fish sandwich and spicy chicken sandwich and onion rings , I didn’t like the fish the sandwich but the chicken sandwich was good and also the onion rings .The atmosphere and setting areas so comfy and nice.There is outside setting as well .Bathrooms are clean . Prices ok. Staff nice . Place is clean .I recommend the place .

I have heen here twice. First time burgers were rare, and I cooked patty more at home.. They say they cook to medium. I ordered second time well done, and they came medium rare. The patty was odd shaped, cheese melted to nothing, and the lettuce was chopped and wilted. The next day was not good on the porcelain. The burgers are way overpriced. Two burgers, large onion ring (that is actually small), and a regular french fry for $35. I will not be returning.

I made an online order. It was ready in a reasonable amount of time. I did see the option for curbside pick up however there was no option at check out and no designated parking. Parking was very full. Outside of that The food was good . Everything fresh! I got a lounge burger with grilled onions and added bacon and avacado . While everything was a bit expensive it was tasty . I got a chocolate shake and a lavender mint tea. The shake was very rich and thick. The tea was good but make sure it’s cold. Tastes good mixed with the hibiscus lemonade also

Coming in I’m welcomed to nice workers and a beautiful modern look. I was so happy to see that they have grass fed beef and they use non inflammatory oil for their fries. The burger was the best burger I’ve ever had and the fries were delicious as well. Absolutely delicious!

We love this place. Such great food and awesome atmosphere. We eat here at least once a week and more likely two times a week. They treat their customers like family. We love the happy hour Tuesdays. The kids meals are fantastic. I also like ordering the Keto burger. The Alaskan cod breaded is also one of my favorites. The seasonal salads are also very tasty.

Burger wasn’t hot. Probably because it was just sitting there under the heat lamps. Staff apathy about getting food out to customers with only 6 customers in the store pre lunch rush. How much worse is their service when it’s busy? Another bottom feeder fast food restaurant asking for tips. Failed in the basics: hot food hot, cold food cold.

Fresh, quality ingredients, and friendly service make the food taste even better at this burger joint. With a few burger choices, chicken and fish, and salads, there is something for everyone here. Choose an entree a side of fries or onion rings, or both with the 50/50 option, and a drink (everything from beer on tap to soft drinks and tea) for a complete meal. Everything is grass fed, fried in peanut oil, and organic, but tastes fantastic. The service is fast and friendly and it is worth the extra cost. Tip: if you have a large party, consider the $50 gift certificate – it comes with a free burger and will pay for the rest of your party.

It has good food and talented people working there. Super clean. There is something hollow about the interior design, just like everywhere else of course. A kind of emptiness that is as hollow as the burgers here are filling. Maybe I was just feeling the surrounding area, the suburban hell of relative meaningless and wasted human potential. Or maybe it is the fake wood-grain-printed tiles in the restrooms? I’m not sure, but it is disconcertingly normal. Squint a little and you could be in a shopping center in Grapevine Texas or Council Bluffs Iowa. Burger Lounge fits into this sanitized miasma all too easily.
