Very busy place, first time there. Very costly for dinner.We had two hamburgers, chocolate Shake,Iced Tea and an order of onion rings. The total order was over $30 dollars. Really not worth the price for the food.

Wow, this place was amazing! My mother and I went this weekend and we loved it!! If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The customer service is amazing. Our waiter was very sweet and made my mother smile after she clearly had a bad day. To that waiter out there thank you! As for the food, wow! just wow! I never ever had a burger and shake that amazing. I recommend this place 10/10!!

Food was sub par. Roach crawled over our table. Cooks didn’t wear hair nets. Establishment was dirty and needed a deep clean and could use a face lift. It’s very smoky while you try to eat. Went because of an Instagram post, but food didn’t match pictures at all. Maybe other locations are better, but Wesley Chapel was empty, and now I see why. SUPER GROSS.

The staff are very friendly and super polite. The burgers are tasty. I had the “traditional” monger burger. The sauce is really good and they have a variety of toppings. I also had a side order of onion rings which were not bad, but I do prefer the fries which I had on a previous visit. They seemed to be slammed with app or internet orders so it took a while for our food to come to the table, but no complaint. They also have a $5 burger all day ok Mondays. I will definitely be back.

I haven’t found a Burger monger in a while and was pleasantly surprised to see one. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. My burgers were fresh and came to my table quickly! I appreciate the service and will definitely be stopping by again.

This was my first meal at burger monger and I’ve heard good things about it. It must be a new location because there seemed to be a struggle for clients to find out where to order or from who. Three of us stood there for almost 5 minutes before anyone would acknowledge our intention to order. We had to ask each other whether the other person had ordered yet. They were not busy, maybe five people in the restaurant and we could not see a sign. Eventually, a younger woman walked over to a register and looked at me, but did not say a word. Very unfriendly. I ordered a loaded Philly cheesesteak, it came out quickly, and was delicious. I had to wipe down the table. I would try it again, just not this location.

Last night me and my husband came into this restaurant 30 mins before they closed. July 21 on a Friday. And it wasn’t my fist time here but that night I ordered a grilled chicken and that sandwich looked like a hot mess..( greasy and the cheese wasn’t in my sandwich it was all on the wrapper…) I got up and showed the man in the kitchen and told him my problem with my sandwich and asked him to do it over and he did.. I must say it was better but I won’t be going back wasn’t impressed. The shakes were good.

I love this place, but today not so much. I asked for my burger medium it came out raw. I was told that’s their medium and if I wanted it cooked more I would have to pay for another burger. Called the manager over she made me another burger. Which was delicious.
