This spot used to be a real nice spot… Employee wearing gloves took our cash and then went to handling food with the same gloves. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Management need to address proper use of gloves and hygiene and a make an effort cleaning up the inside and outside. Bathroom cleaning is a must.

Way too loud at drive thru speaker. Felt intimidating ordering. “Is that all,” in a very rude tone. Got to the window and realized I forgot 2 burgers. It took her almost 5 minutes for her to acknowledge me. She seemed upset that I ordered something else. When she told me the total, I asked for extra fry sauce. She seemed really annoyed now. It took a very long time to get our food. Sunnyside Burger Ranch set our standards much higher. We will try the other locations in Yakima.

I have eaten at Burger ranch for years and have always loved their food. Today’s experience was totally disgusting. You drive into the restaurant and it looked like the restaurant wasn’t even open even open. The outside of the building is in total disrepair. The service was absolutely Appalling. It took forever to get our food and we were the only ones there, the the server tried to charge us over double what are order total total was supposed to be until I argued it with her. And. . . we had ordered a small vanilla Sunday, how hard can that be to make we waited another 5 minutes just to get the Sunday. This place is in bad need of new management! I don’t know how they can even keep their doors open like this.

The people were very friendly and helpful, but that’s where the good news ends. I paid over $50 for 3 burgers, three fries, and three shakes, which in and of itself is ridiculous. The burgers were extremely sloppy and slathered in their special sauce to the point of being overwhelming and the buns were over toasted. The fries (which were your basic cheap frozen crinkle cuts, not homemade BTW) were dry and tasted like they hadn’t changed the oil in their fryers in months. None of us finished our meal. For that amount of money I was expecting them to be at least as good as a chain fast food place, but I was sadly disappointed. I would not recommend going here. And BTW, if you do go here, don’t try the cherry shake, it was positively disgusting. I only took one sip of it and threw the rest away. That was good money thrown in the trash.

The food was acceptable for this type of fast food restaurant. The drive thru window girl was extremely polite and enthusiastic about her job. She was polite and accommodating to my requests. Her responses were filled with kindness and she was a pleasure to interact with. The price for a hamburger, fries and a drink at Burger Ranch, in my opinion, does not scream value. I can find a much better alternative for what amounted to just about $20 when it comes to dining out.

I feel like for the quality of food. It was a bit overpriced. Accuracy left something to be desired as they had to ask 3 times what the order was again at the window and they almost forgot my bag of fries. Good thing I was paying attention. The cherry milkshake though. Thick and creamy. Quite delicious and refreshing
