Came here for lunch on a Thursday at 11:15 and was unimpressed with the service. 3 tables were seated after us, waited on first and left before us. Maybe it was because we weren’t staying at the ritz. The views are beautiful, but the food was overpriced and service wasn’t worth it. They forgot about the milkshake we ordered during our meal, so we had asked to take it to go, but it never came. The waitress never checked in on us once to see how we were doing on our food or drinks. For the price of the food, I would have expected a better experience.

Hey, it’s the Ritz Carlton, so you’re going to pay a lot, but it’s a fun splurge reward for walking the Kapalua Coast Trail. We got a fish sandwich and a burger, and they were very good. Beautiful oceanfront view, good service, plus resident chickens. We enjoyed our meal here.

There is NO OTHER place like this in Maui. Yes it may be a little pricey for burgers, but…. what a View, what awesome quality of food, great service and I have never error felt rushed. ALSO…. great Gluten Free options if you or someone your are traveling with need that.

A place with most amazing views and good food. Lacking one more star, because we wanted the burger medium rare and it came well done, but it was still the best burger in Hawaii so far. The prices are also quite high, to say the least, but hey, it’s Ritz Carlton.

Very disappointing experience for a couple of drinks. After being ignored by staff we opted to get drinks to go. Paying the same sit-down prices, I was charged $15 for a can of root beer and a scoop of icecream in a plastic cup. Great location spoilt by very poor service.
