We have a bogo coupon so decided to try out the restaurant. I like my burger a lot but my friend said theirs is just okay. The fries are crispy. Food and atmosphere was great but the service was slow. There is only one server and she was new. Our patty was swapped and take a bit long to get our drinks, checks, etc.

I don’t give a lot of 1 star reviews but when I do they deserve em… so where to start… Let’s start with the service that was so slow I thought we’d still be sitting there for breakfast when we finally got our food. It took nearly 90 minutes for anything to come out of the kitchen. And don’t say you were busy, we were one of 4 tables on the entire restaurant (which should have tipped us off on a Friday night). When the food finally arrived my son’s crispy chicken was grilled and the fries were cold. He asked for mayo from the beginning, but then when he reminded the waitress, she took literally another 10 minutes to get his mayo… so he could eat his wrong meal, which he didn’t tell me until after, be cause it had already been 90 minutes. My wife’s burger never arrived. The waitress told us it was made wrong and would be “just 2 more minutes.” But it never came out as we sat there waiting to the 2 hour mark. My firecracker shrimp tacos still had the trails on them, I get it if I ordered the firecracker shrimp by itself, but honestly, when you put it in a taco, TAKE THE DAMN TAILS OFF. Oh and the fries were cold, no salt, and were definitely NOT the garlic truffle fries I ordered.

Ordered chips and queso and a burger and tacos. Chips and queso came 1 min before food and was obviously from a jar. Burger was a frozen patty and the tacos were crumbled up burger patty with absolutely no taco seasoning. There was a man at the bar and a couple that came after us. No one else in the bar/restaurant and 45 mins to get the food. Awful experience!

Food was delivered 2 hours after ordering. Orders were incorrect. Tickets were incorrect. Tickets took 30 minutes to fix. Food was mediocre at best. It appears there are 3 staff members working I would avoid this place at all costs. No staff present during photo.

Sat down for breakfast and had a great time! Kevin made sure my coffee cup was always full, and provided us with great breakfast reccs and tips for visiting Lubbock. Surprisingly great experience for a hotel restaurant

Not impressed. We stayed at the hotel specifically for their advertised chicken and waffles. They didn’t have them the first day and we waited for over an hour for nachos. Went back the next morning – and we’re told they didn’t have a working waffle maker. So we ordered off the menu. After waiting almost 2hrs our server told us they’d be closing shortly at 11am and we might as well go elsewhere. Wow. So we left.

Love this place. They were super short staffed. But our waitress was as bad she could be awesome. I did the build your burger option and it was absolutely delicious. I don’t live in Lubbock but the next time I come back to Lubbock I definitely will come back to this place. You get to pick your own meat beef chicken or veggie. And then cheese and toppings. And then they have optional extras for an additional price. Food was terrific. I would highly recommend this place for a casual burger restaurant to just go relax and have fun.

2 hours… 2 hours we waited. Watching food go out to people who arrived after us. The iced tea I ordered was spoiled. The waitstaff was okay once you finally got their attention. My first and last visit here. Will not recommend this place and I will be telling everyone I know not to go. Highly disappointed
