I’ve been here two or three times ans each time the food was good. The service was alright each time. The pricing is okay. One thing about this place is that it feels a little awkward because it’s inside of a hotel. I’ve tried several burgers, a salad, and their fries. All of which tasted great!

Went to Burger Theory after reading reviews. I was a little surprised to find it in a hotel. Nonetheless, the burgers were good and really big. Try the fried pickles! Service was lacking but all in all I’m glad we went.

Recently, my wife suggested that we should try Burger Theory. She apparently had read about Buger Theroy on Boise Food Finds. Wow, they nailed it with that recommendation. Buger Theory is a fantastic bar / restaurant environment with a really nice AFFORDABLE, family-friendly atmosphere and a beyound phenomenal menu. Rich and Trinity waited on us, and they were amazing, fun, knowledgeable, and creative. The love of their craft shows in everything that they do. Rich has signature drinks that do not disappoint . Two examples of Richs’ custom-made drinks that I’m sure most of you would love are Richs Rodeo Mule and his Cream Sickle. The picture I attached is a dessert that we loved. It’s pretzels done like choro’s with apple pie filling for your dipping pleasure. Go see Rich and Trinity for an amazing drink, diner, and entertainment you’ll be glad you did.

Such good food and the service was awesome. They were really working hard to create a great environment. So thankful that after a long day of driving we didn’t have to go anywhere after checking in to get dinner. The servers were fantastic and a real team working together. Food was great quality and totally worth the wait. Love the environment too. So thankful this place is here. Jennifer and Glen = great team!!! The menus in the room made it so easy to choose and the kids’ menu was super helpful. Knowing they serve breakfast in the morning will make it so easy to just relax and get some R&R before heading out. Thank you guys. Can’t even say how grateful we are.

They open at 4pm. The menu has a lot of tasty options. Food was delicious. Good wait staff. Quiet atmosphere. Drinks were too expensive! $10.00 for a strawberry margarita in a 12 oz. “tea” glass. Other than that, we were pleased.

It is in a holiday in hotel. Thought it was weird it didnt mention that or even have the main pocture as that. You have to go through main hotel entrance and it is to the right. Things were ok menu was alright. Hamburgers were ok. Bit over priced honestly than most burger places so think the quality was down a bit. Cool name but that is about it. Got excited when i saw nachoes but they ran out of avacados and still charged me the same price. Waitress was super slow to take our order and didnt recomend anything. Just an appitizer… guess most people walk across the street for a real meal. Idk bit awkward inside didnt really feel planned out or inviting. Seating was at different levels. Wood chairs are taller at the booths than the bench. Meh not really worth going to again.

Over seasoned fries, under seasined burger, left off my tomato si much for “Theory”. Took over an hour to get order and not worth the wait. Also the drafts are 12 oz not 16 oz but stilk at an inflated 16 oz price. The good thing is I don’t have to contemplate my return visit.
