1st visit. Asked for a Sriracha Sirloin (House special), excited to see it spicy , because Sriracha is spicy sauce, got it in about hour, in sweet, really sweet, not a spicy at all.

Worst burger I ever ate or should say try to eat. So much grease we ordered it to be cooked medium well and it was well done we ordered sautéed mushrooms we got like 5 tiny pieces when we asked waitress to bring us some she did and bowl was swimming in grease with so much salt you couldn’t eat them onion rings was loaded with so much salt it relexted off like glass we told waitress all she kept saying was I know I’m sorry. We paid almost 43$ for food we couldn’t eat. Next time I will do drive through at McDonald’s will never eat here again!!!!

My wife and I stayed at the hotel November 29th and had drinks and dinner at Burger Theory. We had burger and fries!!! Our bartender did a fantastic job of making sure our meal was perfect and it was. It was the first good meal in four days of travel.

We ate outside on the patio over looking the river. It was very nice. The food was good. Our waitress finally came back to fill our water after we nursed the drink to keep from running out. She asked if we wanted refills after we were done eating.

Wasn’t that busy, waiter forgot the starter first before delivering the main, he could have been better but we all forget things. Took too long for him to come back at the end of the bill instead we left our bill and tip on the table. Maybe need to do more training and to hustle a bit faster towards the tables.

Me and 2 of my friends came to watch the drone show. We stopped at the bar for a drink and dinner. We sat there and was never greeted by the bar tender. I think Emily was her name. I ordered dinner and never received my food. I had to go seek out the manager and turns out it was never rang in. The manager did expedite my food. And didn’t charge me for it which was really nice and kinda made up for it. I like burger theory but this was a horrible experience. I expected more. And was sadly disappointed.

Even though this restaurant is in the hotel, the burgers were still excellent and the portions were very generous! It’s a nice, quiet atmosphere, but it feels a little awkward walking into the hotel to eat, but once you get past that, the food and service was great!

The food and services was great!! it’s right on the Ohio River with an excellent view prices were great as well!! I would highly recommend this place to everyone especially if your visiting owensboro from out of town! It’s a great little restaurant!!
