Why did I wait so long to finally try this place? These are the best burgers I’ve had in a long time! You know a burger is good when it’s just cheese and bun and you’re happy BUT the truffle fries are DELIGHTFUL as well! The NY dog is spot on as is the chicken! I can’t wait to try more items!

I’m not cheap, but a 12 dollar burger with nothing else is scalpery and skullduggery. It would have cost more than $20 for a SMALL fry and a small drink. The burger was basically falling apart before I even picked it up. The company then just asks me to email them my complaint.

The food was good, but the service was disappointing. The screens used to place your order are incredibly laggy (it took about 10 minutes to place an order for two people). Also, my friend (whose order was placed before mine), waited for half an hour, asked multiple times about his food, and was eventually told that the restaurant forgot to make his order. After around 45 minutes of waiting, they refunded his order instead of making the food.

Amazing service! Food was delicious and the workers are so kind. I come here almost every weekend with my friends and they are so respectful and are quick to make the food. Maryanne was so delightful and sweet as was everyone else, including the workers making the food. The bathroom was clean as was the tables and drink machine. They are always fully stocked with ketchup, straws, napkins, and lids.

It was our first time dining at this resturant and we selected our order on screen with detailed customization as offered. Nothing came as ordered and all burgers got mixed up. The food quality is not worth the money since all buns are staled and falling apart because it’s not fresh. I had to ask multiple times for missing items ie drinks sauce and kids meal which they totally skipped.

The food was absolutely delicious! I’m not a fan of ordering from a kiosk, but we did, and it all turned out fine. The guys working the counter were not super personable. They only spoke if spoken too etc. They didn’t really welcome, offer info, etc. I do wish there was more of an effort there. ♡

Overpriced and not the best quality. Every time (every 2 months) I eat their food I get pimples in my face and I am not a teenager. We have spent 100 bucks here in just one meal for 5 people and it’s not worth it. Tables are never clean or ready for customers, soda machine is dirty and greasy. We won’t be back
