This was my first time trying a BurgerFi and I was surprised at how fresh the ingredients taste. The burger was large and filling. The fries were natural cut with just the right crisp. My wife had the chicken tenders and they were delicious too, filled with natural and plump chicken breast without too much breading. The service was fairly quick, as they were pretty busy. Also the location of this one is great, surrounded by many other restaurants, shops and activities.

Pretty good burger spot, but I wish the check out process was a bit smoother since some people don’t know how to use the machines that well and slow down the line for the rest of the customers. Also, the drink station is a little hectic when there’s a lot of people trying to get things at the same time. Maybe consider moving the lids and straws to a shelf on the wall next to each soda machine so that people filling drinks won’t have to wait behind people getting condiments or other things.

Beware! Went here to try it out for the first time. Waited 40 minutes for burgers and fries because they lost our order. When our food arrived, one bun had visible mold on it (pictured). We sent it back and they said they would remake the whole order. It came back completely cold other than 1 new bun. Asked for a manager and they said there wasn’t a manager there… so we crossed our fingers and ate the cold food. Customer service replied to me over a yelp review, but never followed up when I sent them an email. Also – noticed a lot of their reviews are clearly fake. Beware!

This place was fantastic. The burgers are cooked perfectly, and the ingredients are top-notch. This place is the best burger i have ever eaten. I highly recommend The Ceo Burger. It is a 5 star meal. This place is amazing and the food came out super fast, which was really impressive.

They recently changed to “do your own ordering”. The chicken sandwich is a favorite for the wife. The kid likes the burger the best. I am fan of the fries. They have the coke freestyle machine and offer shakes and some deserts. There are a few beer choices as well. Over all we enjoy the place but the recent uptick in pricing is noticeable. Probably explains less clients we see in recent visits. Also notice the difference in size of the chicken patty between, then and now.

Had the BBQ Rodeo with Wagyu and it was great. The meat tasted really nice although I wouldn’t be sure if I was actually given American Wagyu or just good beef, it’s ground meat after all so the differences are subtle. The burgers all seem to be double, so it was really filling. The fries were good but not my favorite. The Oreo shake is hard to mess up so of course it was good. Overall good experience
