The best thing about BurgerFi was that each table had its own napkin dispenser. Seriously, that was the best thing. Otherwise, it’s a Five Guys wannabe that falls short in every aspect. However, it was $1.40 cheaper than an equivalent Five Guys experience, so there’s that.

First time and it was average for a burger spot. The person taking our order at the register was friendly but the experience didn’t leave a good first impression. I tried to order some Parmesan and Herb fries, but they didn’t have enough prep so I settled for just Parmesan cheese. Not a big problem, but as I went to grab a drink from the freestyle machines… the only thing available was Hi-C and zero sugar sodas. Nobody bothered to change out the syrup cartridges the entire visit. Then, we sat down and waited for our food. It didn’t take long, but they had tomatoes on them which we asked to take off. Also, the side of the Burger-Fi sauce on the side never made it to our table when it was written on the receipt. The food was good, just wish they were a bit more attentive to special instructions and customer needs.

Our first time visiting this franchise was a pleasant experience thanks to Raymond who greeted us with infectious positive energy. Raymond was very knowledgeable about their products and was an excellent host throughout our entire meal. The wife and I both ended up getting “The CEO” burger and an order of onion rings which we highly recommend. The food was a little pricey but definitely worth it

First time at this restaurant. Warmly greeted by Raymond. We had many questions and he was quick to point our his favorites. Everything he recommended was perfect. I will agree that I am picky when it comes to food. Our burger, chicken strips and specialty fries were fresh, hot and delicious. Having a Manor Hill beverage to accompany our meal was the cherry on top. Definitely will return. Thanks Raymond!!

Food was pretty overpriced. Nearly $30 for a cheeseburger, chicken sandwich and shared regular fry. I came to Burger Fi for the quality of the faster food but there was very little taste to the chicken sandwich or fries. The staff was working hard and the atmosphere was typical of a restaurant of its type.

So, I’ve been to a couple of BurgerFi restaurants (in Florida) and the experience and food was great. So when I found out there was a BurgerFi in my home base area AND in Columbia, I thought man this is awesome! Boy was I disappointed. The BurgerFi sauce was good… that’s it. I can’t remember what I ordered, but the burger was dry and left lots to be desired. The employee taking our order didn’t know the menu and seemed like he didn’t have an interest in being there. To top this experience off, there were nets flying all over the restaurant. Do better BurgerFi! Hopefully this all changes.

The fries were not crisp and were missing toppings (ordered Urban Style). The burger was also just…sad. I ordered the SWAG burger. I got a double with two jalapeno slices, a slice of bacon, and a nickel-sized spot of sauce. I won’t be coming back.
