Best burger I’ve had in years, the beef tasted fresh and was prepared expertly. The fries were hot and fresh; the onion rings were light, crispy and the onion stayed in the fried batter for all the bites, you know what I mean. Most importantly, the team working at the Towson BurgerFi was friendly, efficient and patient as we worked our way through the decision process. Can’t wait to go back!!

This is my first visit, and I left without ordering because the one employee that I saw who was cooking in the back with her mask off, never turned around to ask me if I needed help. She saw me, but continued to cook the order of the one other patron who was waiting for his food. Maybe that’s why only one person was there during the lunch hour.

An American burger to be proud of. The way it should be done. They even asked me if I wanted whipped cream on my shake!!! That made me giddy. Also, the customer service was exceptional. From the burger chef to the front counter girl. I had such a wonderful experience. The burger was delicious and cooked right, nothing crazy, just good food.

Fresh cut fries (boardwalk style) and gourmet burgers that aren’t soggy or overly greasy!! Plus, online ordering (web or the app) is very easy and intuitive. My first time at BurgerFi. Decent menu and great service. I tried the bacon double cheese burger and it was simply amazing. Great fresh taste with plenty of bacon.
