I’ve had a mixed experience here. The first time was great and revealed the potential of this place. Got their standard BurgerFi cheeseburger and was really happy and eager to come back. The second time, I brought my brother and he got the wagyu CEO, but was disappointed with the flavor given the hype and price. Most recently, I tried again and experienced what some other reviewers did—dirty tables and a long wait time. The cheeseburger was decent but not as great as during my first visit. I ended up sitting outside to get away from the clutter.

There is a lot of mediocrity here. Service is non-existent. You have to order at a kiosk and there are no table numbers. Of the 4 drinks I tried from the freestyle machine, all were bad. Burgers and fries were on par with Wendy’s, but not bad. And they ask for a tip when you order even though food was slow to come, the cook moved at a snail’s pace, and the restaurant was dirty. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Just had my first experience at burgerfi. I honestly don’t know how this location is even open. The restaurant was dirty, dirty tables and floors. It appeared no air conditioning was working it was hot and humid inside. There were 2 girls working, they were friendly. That’s probably the only positive. We ordered from the kiosk, the burgers looked good. I chose the rodeo burger, my son chose a spicy burger. Waited about 15 min for the food, not a long wait. However my burger didn’t have toppings like in the photo. I went up and asked the girls why my burger was missing stuff, she said they were out of a lot of stuff. I wasn’t mean, I work in the restaurant industry myself. I did tell them they should have signs up or told us if they were out of things. I did ask for a refund for my burger, they were very nice about that and I was refunded $11. My son took one bite of his burger and didn’t eat anymore. The jalapeños were raw and VERY spicy. His burger was also missing toppings. I took a small bite, I love spicy food but it was TOO spicy to eat.we also had 2 sides of fries which were okay. The entire meal was over 50$ and we ate MAYBE 5$ worth. My son went to the bathrooms, he told me to be glad I didn’t go in there, he said they were disgusting and very dirty. I dont know if it’s all locations or this specific one but I will never go in another one. Total waste of money and left hungry.

I only got the Urban fries and the key lime concrete this time — but man, was it good. I mean wow I didn’t know what I was missing. Though I didn’t have a burger, I’ll definitely be back to try one of their specialties as they looked very good/fresh.

BurgerFi has waygu burgers and hotdogs. There is also the option to dress or spruce up your french fries with different toppings such as parmesan cheese or aioli. Burgers are delicious and made to order. There is also a Coca Cola Dream Machine for your drinks. Don’t know if there was a after movie rush, but some of the tables were dirty, so that is the reason I didn’t give 5 stars although I would definitely go again.

The burgers were great, but the fries were overcooked. The staff was friendly and attentive. The dining area was very dirty and the floor needed to be mopped a few times. The tables got wiped down while we were eating, but the chairs are filthy. I would only recommend to-go orders here.

Food was okay, and the staff was nice. The restaurant itself was pretty dirty. There was trash and water on the floor, salt scattered all over the seats, and the bathroom was really gross. Kind of made me not want to eat the food to be honest, won’t be going again.

I can’t believe this place stays open. The dining area is filthy — sticky floors, dirty tables, trash everywhere but the trash can. They didn’t have ice-cream or beer when I went even though the website says they do. The food wasn’t bad, but it’s fast food quality and very expensive especially considering the fry container was only filled about halfway. If you’re craving a burger and don’t want to drive further just go to Timberwood or Alamo. Hopefully this place closes soon so we can get something better. Edit: I filled out the survey as requested but never heard anything so decided to edit my review and provide details. It’s obvious the management doesn’t actually care.
