I haven’t been to burgerfi in years and figured my family and I could stop in really quick. Staff did greet us but were super friendly and rushed us to order. Upon receiving our food, I was extremely disappointed. My sons hot dog was greasy and burnt and you could obviously tell the fries were not fresh and just heated up in the microwave. The drink station had a puddle in front of it and even though there were three service employees no one had bothered to mop it up, there was simply a wet floor sign up. Overall, for the price it was simply mediocre. I could not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Good food. Menu is pretty simple and not overwhelming. Pictures available for most items. Staff was nice. Cashier even asked if I knew the Beyond burger didn’t have meat, just in case I wasn’t aware. Both are burgers were really good. Huge pill of fries. Wife and I just shared a large order of fries. Would definitely go back if I’m in the area.

EDITED- Not sure what has happened, but our last two visits were not that great. On one occasion we went through the drive-thru window and were told we had to come in and order. We did, but the employees were hanging together playing on their phones while we waited on them to take our order. The cook looked up and made eye contact and realized I was waiting for him to start cooking our food as he was watching the others playing on their phone. The women’s bathroom was awful. One toilet clogged, the other was clogged with the plunger laying in it. On the latest visit it was okay, but it is definitely not as welcoming as it was in the past. I think there is only one drink machine now, and there has been signage (?) stored in the lobby for a while. The burgers and fries were okay, but they food is not as enjoyable as it once was because of surroundings. The new girl being trained was nice.

Walked in before 7:30pm and immediately upon walking in the staff looked at us and stated they were closed as people came in after us and ordered food. The other employees were just sitting around talking and playing on their phones. Terrible customer service, especially when the hours say you’re open until 9pm. I haven’t been back at this location in awhile and will likely not be back again. If you’re closed or experiencing issues then lock the door and put a sign up. Management needs to look at their current employment if that’s a representation of how they treat their customers and store overall. If I could leave less than a star review, I would in a heartbeat!

This place was so good! I wasn’t a fan of the prices but I understand the quality & with price/demand is going to make it more $$ compared to other food places. I loved the onion rings as well. Can’t wait to try other menu items sometime!

Tried Burger-Fi for the first time in Hickory. The interaction with the young lady working the cash register was great. She was a real sweetheart and very professional as I bombarded her with questions about the menu.

I tried the wagyu Burger this trip, the Burger was Amazing. A little pricey at 12$ but was a very good burger. The candied ghost chili bacon set the burger off. Great flavor and some heat. I will probably try it again
