Excellent service from Linnaea at the front! Our burgers came out hot and quick. My picky eater had the JR BCB and said it was excellent! The CEO is a GREAT burger- checks all the right boxes. Definitely a burger place worth checking out. Highly recommend the Cry + Fry add Chili and Cheese- the chili has just the right amount of spice. The Madagascar Vanilla shake is also good. We will be back, probably way to often.

My 2nd time here and my last. The floor was sticky and desperately needed cleaning. No napkins in the holders. Tables were dirty. Trash overflowing. Water on the floor in front of soda machine. No ice tea, machines were broken. Counter top near soda lids sticky, not cleaned. Then I checked my charge account and see I was charged for 2 different orders. I only had one! Another place that went downhill because of covid? No excuse for a restaurant to be in this condition.

I have been to burgerfi over on park ave and it has the same quality of tasty food and good vibes: the outside area has a dog bowl(pet friendly) the burgerfi burger is incredibly juicy and tasty. The milkshake was delicious and creamy. My mom got the cheeseburger with lettuce wrap and my stepdad got a double bacon cheeseburger and rates it 8.5/10. Overall super delicious, would try again.

Great burgers and great service. Sam, the manager is super nice and recommended we each get a special burger and then had them cut in half so we could try both of them. Really recommend the CEO and the urban style fries, they’re to die for.

The counter person Alex is awesome and the type of person/ employee you want representing your brand. Always courteous, efficient and responds well to requests like sides garnishes if you have them. He’s there about everytime we go there he’s about getting it right and if it isn’t he make that customer a priority.

It is rare that a place has customer service that is so good that it makes me want to leave a positive review. That was the case with the cashier Veronica. She was absolutely great from start to finish. I had barely walked through the door before I was greeted with a smile. She had good knowledge of the menu and helped me get a meal that I loved. She also complimented my haircut which no one else seemed to notice throughout the day 🙂 I wish every establishment would have people like Veronica.

I received my order from Uber Eats, and it was delivered quickly. However, the food was not up to par. The burger I received was not what I ordered, the toppings were wrong, and the burger itself was dry and chewy (this was supposed to be Wagyu). The Fries I received were mostly burnt, and inedible, the cheese sauce was not sauce at all it was solid, line it was scraped from the bottom of whatever was heating it. BurgerFi is not an inexpensive meal, especially when ordered through a delivery partner like Uber Eats. It was very disappointing, they completely failed on this order.
