We visited a few minutes before closing after remembering that they had a $3 burger promotion. The staff was already cleaning up for the night. The burger was fresh, a bit too saucy. The fries were hot. The staff were friendly. We took our food to go and eat it on a bench nearby. It was really good.

The food was okay, but there were coworkers arguing and almost got into a physical fight. Not professional at all, not my type of place for sure. They clearly didn’t know how to keep it professional and handle their disagreements in private later on. One employee was refusing to even help the rest and kept throwing his hands in the air and cursing, walked out and right back in. He was clearly very upset over something and decided to let it out at the wrong time, when they got busy.

I am putting 3 stars because we had lunch inside and during our whole stay someone was banging the wall like inside the kitchen and it was unbelievably annoying!!! The burgers were good and fries too. Ordered the fries with cheese, but these are better without it.

Ordered twice on doordash…got no milkshake the first time (both orders are requested to cancel if they don’t provide me with the right food) with sauce that was spoiled and second time just ordered the shake they forgot then give me the wrong shake. Won’t answer when you call the store and doordash wouldn’t give me a full refund that I requested…won’t be in that trap again! Burgerfi hires young kids that clearly don’t want a job…Hire better people!

Good food. Terrible service. Was ignored several times by person behind register and manager, both when ordering and later when needing a cup for water. After the manager walked by me three times without making eye contact, I finally just reached over the counter and grabbed my own cup. Won’t be wasting my money in the future at this establishment

This is my first time here, and I always like to try different places. Unfortunately, this is the most tasteless burger joint I’ve tried. To begin with, the bread slice isn’t cut well or fresh, the meat is cold, the bacon is quite ordinary and not impressive at all. I hoped the fries would be better than the burger, but they’re not good either. They’re chewy and it’s obvious they’ve been sitting for a while. The only good thing about this place was a friendly gentleman who cleans the tables. Otherwise, it’s a burger place that’s not worth returning to.
