We were in the area and stopped here for a quick bite. A gentleman welcomed us and said he was all by himself and we can use one of the tablets to place our order. As it turns out based on the reviews I read after the fact, this “self-ordering” system is their new way of placing orders. I feel he was not being honest with us.

We just came to this place to eat inside and we couldn’t do it because at 8.30 pm they already had all the chairs and tables collected. According to the sign on the door they closed at 10pm.

Though I love BurgerFi and come to this location often, it is completely unacceptable that the A/C has not been fixed for the past 2 weeks. With the temperatures hovering in the mid 90’s it makes for a very uncomfortable dine in experience. Corporate must do better!!!

I don’t know if it’s my luck but it’s happened 3 times already, I work near by so this is a great spot to come and eat. So, three times my order disappeared. I have an hour lunch and I’m sitting here for 40 minutes for my lunch. At this point I don’t see it worth coming to eat here if there is no sense of urgency. You probably make most of your money during this time of lunch and you’re failing.

The food in this location was horrible, the food came cold, the meat was all thin with holes, the fries were all dry and overall the food was not enjoyable. The restaurant also shows that they are not cleaning it oftenly or well. There is no manager or anyone supervising or anyone to help you with anything.

Slightly better than fast food(McDonald’s, Wendy’s,…). Onion rings are huge and good. A regular order is enough for your party. Wouldn’t let us eat outside because they were about to go takeout only???it was 6pm.

Our experience was awful! I asked for a veggie burger with gluten free bun. 1st when they served my burger the bun was rock hard. They replaced my burger in 1 min flat after having us waiting for 20 min to serve our order. Now this time instead of my veggie burger they served me meat. Twice the order wrong! Then one of the cooks asked us if everything was OK when we said no, he completely ignored us and laughed. The cashier kept telling us “we’re short staff”. The place was empty for them to take 20mins to cook a burger and mess up twice. Serving me meat when, I asked for a veggie burger is crazy. They need to do better. Train them better its flipping burgers.
