This is course A5 location. I am not sure if this burger considered gourmet , but the price you paid is really not worth it. The bun and the meat are super dry even though I add cheese with it.

There was no honey mustard specialty sauce for the chicken sandwiches we ordered, yet they sold them to us full price. There were three soft drinks out of service, leaving nearly no choices for a diabetic. There were two beer taps out..empty presumably. My specialty hotdog was served upside down with the chili all in the paper boat, and a broken roll. There were no forks to pick up the chili mush to put it back on the hot dog. Overall a terrible experience at this Burger-fi.

Their sign says “more gourmet than burger joint” Are you kidding me? I’ve seen truck stops on I-95 better than this sorry burger joint! They had no onion rings, no ketchup, and the food tasted like it had been cooked a day or two before and reheated. Two stars was a gift!

If I was not so damn hungry before my flight at the Ft. Lauderdale airport this was the last place I would eat a burger. Whomever is the manager there should be fired immediately. There is no rhyme or reason why it takes forever to get your order. The restaurant is filthy, the tables are placed in a haphazard way and there is no fricking atmosphere to really enjoy a meal. I looked around the room and you see many sad and disgusted faces. Take my advice close the place or start from scratch. You got an uphill battle ahead.

Staff is arguing loudly in front of customers because one lady doesn’t want to train the new hire. Attitude when picking up your food. Ordered a bacon burger and received no lettuce nor tomato. I refused to ask for the condiments due their attitude. Restaturant is dirty, tables dirty.. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

This place is a train wreck. The workers were incredibly slow and nonchalant, while the line grew and grew. There was none of the regular ketchup nor the holders, and they did not have the burger I wanted, even though it was listed on the menu. All the tables were dirty, and even the fries came in smaller portions than at other Burgerfi franchises. For the high prices, this place is not worth it all.

The employees, and especially the manager are miserable and they treat their customers miserably. They tell you they are out of stuff when they just don’t feel like getting it (then the kitchen confides that the manager is “just like that”), they bark orders at you and each other, the food is prepared incorrectly and with totally apathy. If you want the worst restaurant in the airport, with the highest rating – walk all the way down here. 5:30 on a Wed. Waited 30 mins for our food. They are out of everything in the cooler, only drinks were lemonade and Coke Zero. No onion rings. No ranch. Tables were out of napkins – just big packs on a table. Dirty place. Condiment bar was empty. Employees could care less.

I don’t usually post negative reviews, especially about airport food, but I’d avoid eating here at the Ft. Lauderdale airport. Burger was just reheated from what they had cooked earlier and the fries are not fresh cut as it advertised on the menu. This is my first experience with the brand, so BurgerFi should probably send someone into this location to get them back on track.
