I’ve been to their other chains and even the service always sucks the meat was good quality. This location has awful meat, bacon was burnt to the level of charcoal. Horrible, these burgers are good only for street dogs

When I walked in here there was absolutely nobody around. There were two customers sitting in the corner but no BurgerFi service people. I was hungry so after looking around I saw the self-service kiosk and managed to order a hot dog and a Miller lite. I sat down at the table and there was still no one around. Eventually about 10 minutes later someone emerged with the hot dog I ordered and walked away. I asked about the beer and they said they were out of Miller lite. I asked for a refund and they asked if I wanted a different type. So I did get my beer. It was $12 for a beer and a hot dog. The hot dogs supposed to be some kind of special Waygu beef dog but it tasted like a regular processed hot dog. I wish I could write something positive about this place but it’s the kind of place I will just never be back to anyhow. At least the hot dog was warm.

Parking is available in this lot. The restaurant decor is pleasant & stylish. The service was excellent. Our food was delivered quickly & was hot, fresh, & tasty! The veggie burger was great & the red velvet shake was the best shake I have ever had. The prices are reasonable for The Gardens area (we used coupons which gave us a great deal!) Portion sizes are a bit small. Overall, lovely experience!

we truly only eat here because of the food but the service is HORRENDOUS whether you dine in or do pick up. We waited 1hr for our dine in food when we were literally 1 of 2 families there. They messed up my burger, was supposed to get me a new one, forgot, had to be reminded…pick up orders are never ready on time, you’re lucky if your order is right. The staff is 100% stoned all.the.time. No manager in site. I’ve tried calling to complain and speak to someone in management but have yet to hear back. Just awful awful awful service.

I like the burger, very tasteful, grill beef flavor, and the ingredients are very fresh. Fried chicken thighs have very crispy. I did pick up, all the food are packed well. But you can also choose to dine in, the area is not large but super clean, all the staff are friendly. However at the dinner time there must be many people and long waiting line, pick up is a great choice.

This location is the best. The lady manager Adrienne there is PHENOMENAL! She always makes sure my order is perfect and all around the best. She definitely makes this place 5 stars just with her service alone. She needs a raise because she goes above and beyond EVERYTIME and I’m here 3/4 times a week. She’s consistent with her customer service every visit.

I know good employee’s are hard to find .But today 4 employees behind counter 3 females 1 male , Girl who took our order and handle our food had 3 foot long braided hair that she kept flinging her head around so hair went every where. Unsanitary long fingernails.While we were eating all we heard from behind the counter was the F word and the N word passed back and forth between the employee’s.Should have known as only 1 other customer there., Won’t be back, Response from Owner Any public business would fail from disrespectful employees like these. The food wasn’t that good. The fries were old. The cook must have trouble reading because we ordered a Texas hotdog, and it had nothing on it. My hamburg was good, at least.

This location is terrible. Granted, I order from Uber Eats, but there is an issue with my order every time. This time I received an ice cold cheese burger with no cheese along with an ice cold order of fries. The restaurant is a 5 minute drive from my house. Clearly there is just a lack of effort made by the employees. Never again.
