Visiting the area and decided to check this place out. And I’m glad we did it was AMAZING. Service was a plus. Upon entering we were greeted and order was taken right away. Burger was ok. I sent fries back. I knew (from experience when I was a kid and worked at a place like this) that the fries had been cooked earlier and were just dropped back in the oil. They were awful. And the second batch wasn’t any better. Lots of soft drinks missing from the machine. Place wasn’t very clean. Won’t be eating there again. The only reason I gave the service a 3 is because the lady was nice about taking the fries back.

As soon as I entered the restaurant, I was greeted by an employee. Even though, they were pretty busy, the restaurant itself was clean and organized. Luis, the friendly store manager, assist us in ordering; since it was our first time there, he was very helpful. The food was great! we are definitely coming back!

Been to a few locations and this was by the far best service I ever had! Came in around noon, the manager, Luis was such a doll! He was great with everyone not just myself and he handled the craziness like a superstar 🙂 it was incredibly busy!! I commend him & his staff for keeping up with everything. I love going to because they have 20/10 customers service and I’m always in and out and BurgerFi is one of my favorite burger places. The burgers are always fresh and juicy, and the toppings are delicious. The fries are crispy and cooked perfectly. I also love their vegetarian options.
