Updating my comments today for BurgerFi. My previous comments are below and I think they were a little out of line. We really enjoyed our burgers. Two of us got the lettuce wrap our third person got the Junior hamburger. Flavor was really really good, the fries crispy and amply salted. It was definitely a very good. At BurgerFi you do have the option to purchase more expensive burgers or vegan options but the pricing nowadays really isn’t any different than something like five guys. On my most recent visit yesterday, I had the ultimate double bacon cheeseburger which is similarly priced to a five guys double bacon cheeseburger. Fry’s at either place will be extra so that wasn’t a big deal in the amount that you get is crazy. In the end I found it to be very similar experience cost-wise to five guys and we really enjoyed taste of the burgers and the fries.

Tired of the same ol’ same ol’? Burgerfi might be right in your lane. The service was a cut above your usual fast food spot: it wasn’t in the ‘King’s court,’ you weren’t surrounded by a whole lot of Guys, and you’re definitely not dinin’ in the Golden Arches.

Visited for the 2nd time. We again shared the burger & fries due to the fact its really expensive & a lot of food. Probably the best burger in town. They don’t slop them together…arranged very neatly on the bun. The fries were really hot. The staff was very friendly & helpful (they even cut our burger in half since we were sharing!). They were out right away cleaning tables when a party left. Everything was really great.

This visit was not good compared to other visits. Our burgers were very greasy and way over salted. We couldn’t taste the Swiss or bacon jam on the CEO. The gray dining chairs were FILTHY! They are plastic so ALL the dirt just sticks. They look like patio furniture that needs power washed. The urban style fries were great as usual.

The food was all cold. And it got delivered in less than 10 min after the Door dasher picked it up and he had it in an insulated bag. The bun on the chili dog was hard and dried out and the burger tasted overly salty (and I like alot of salt). The onion rings however were delicious despite not being warm.

Only thing enjoyable was the French fries. The beef patty has the texture and shape of a TV dinner patty. I ordered a burger fi cheeseburger for my first time being here and was mad disappointed. Beef patty straight up tasted like salsbury steak and gravy.
