Came in about 45 minutes to closing on a Sunday (6/11/2023) and this was a sort of rocky experience from the start to a wonderful (and very hot) meal before my two hour drive back home! I got the CEO burger and it was very hot off the grill and juicy along some very hot and fresh fries! Took a while before I could bite into them, but by far so fresh! The staff and the cashier (Jacuelin, to be exact) was not too welcoming at first, but seemed to know what she was doing! The fast service and the quality made up for this poor greeting though! This was my first time here and I will be back with my parents when they want a good and fresh burger even if the staff might be like that.

Took the family here for dinner on 2/28. There was no wait, the staff warmly greeted us, gave us recommendations, and explained our options. I got the swag burger and the cry+fry with parm and herbs. My son got the CEO burger and the Texas style hot dog. My wife got the beyond meat burger and truffle fries. Everything was so very delicious! These are the best burgers we’ve ever had! If you like truffles, then you have got to order that option on your fries because it was delightful. Also, they have a plethora of drink options to choose from. You have to check this place out! So good!!!

We just found this place and decided to check it out. Immediately we were greeted by everyone, even in the back, giving it a real home feeling. Jacqueline was very helpful and made the experience very pleasant and fun! They treat you like family from the very first time. The burgers are amazing and the prices can’t be beat! Gotta try the custard. We will definitely be back!

My very first time going yesterday April 13th, 2023, the staff took forever to get my order. Ordered the Double cheese bacon burger. The bacon was burnt. Over priced, OVER HYPED. The only good thing on the menu is the Shake concretes.

My husband and I ate at BurgerFi last night. It is one of our favorite date night spots! Food is always fresh and delicious, but the customer service is what keeps us coming back. The employees are some of the best we’ve encountered in Lubbock! They treat you like family and always make you feel welcomed. We will definitely be back.

Ate here with my fiancé a few days ago and liked the food. We had The CEO and the Burger Fi Cheeseburger which were really good. We had regular fries which are good if you are sharing as they give a lot of fries. I wish we would’ve added chili cheese or anything else on the fries instead of having the plain fries. Although they were good, they could’ve tasted much better. Along with this we had the concretes which are a good desert if you’re in the mood for one. They’re not too expensive.
