On Saturday i wanted a real cheese burger , and i told myself that I should try BurgerFi then went on lunch that day . However, I really felt sorry that i made a decision to try their burgers. I orderd two singles with fries ,the patties meat inside the burgers are not fresh and dry , not even taste good. The fries is overcooked and it tastes like it was cooked yesterday. The only thing that’s good is the bread. I am sorry that i have to say that , but this is my experience at your restaurant!

A Burger Joint located on a downtown street corner in Lincoln actually surprised me. I’m pretty judge mental about burger restaurants. I walked into the BurgerFi Eatery with pretty low expectations, however, my expectations were far greater after I left. The Burger I ate was very delicious and the fries (despite being a little overdone) were quite surprising. One complaint I must mention that seemed to be a problem was the slow and lousy service given by the restaurant employees. Some of them worked really hard at their jobs, while others seemed to take their jobs with little to no seriousness. Overall, I hope to return to BurgerFi soon, I will return hungry for more delicious grub.

I had a burger and fries, it was good, no complaints but I do feel the burgers are better at 5 guys because it’s meatier, but the fries are better here at Burgerfi because they aren’t as salty!

I was here and the product is good, the quality of the ingredients is good, the product shows a pretty good preparation, the counter service is unfriendly, it seems that they do a favor to take the order, the standards of quality in the service is very poor, only that this is the bad point, it should improve because it is the first impression that the business shows to the client. I hope they improve it because the product is of good quality but is overshadowed by poor service.

This is my favorite place! Best burger I’ve had and I’ve had a ton of burgers. Awesome place most of the materials used for furniture are recycled materials. Just an amazing place and a must visit.
