Have eaten here a couple of times now and each experience has been nice. The food is pretty darn good, and I like having the options of different type of meat, cheese and toppings. I had the wings tonight with my burgers and they are pretty darn good too. Don’t expect 300 wing sauces, because they are not a wing place. But what they have are very good. The staff was friendly and despite having to fight with the register over some pricing issues (due to corporate changes), our cashier kept her composure and apologized. She also asked if we were military, which I liked because many businesses do not go out of their way to ask. We also spoke to one of the co-owners while waiting for our food and he was very friendly and enthusiastic. This was an overall good experience and we highly recommend this establishment.

Burgerim was very clean and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. I have never been into this restaurant before so the order was a little different for me then a traditional menu in my hand. The staff was exceptionally patient and explained everything on the menu to me that I asked about. I forget exactly what I ordered because I’m writing this review over a month later but I do recall I seasoning that I for my French fries that was exceptional and delicious

Yummy food here. I love the size of the burgers because you can try lots of varieties exactly the way you like your burgers. They are cooked to order so your burgers may take a few minutes longer but worth the wait. Make sure you have a milkshake!

We were there this past week, and it was okay. We had the fries w cajun seasoning, and the fries were still tasteless. I am a fanatic about having well done beef. I asked the cashier how the burgers were cooked and it sounded like medium to medium well was the answer. I asked if I could get the burgers well done and he put it on the request to the kitchen. Suffice it to say, the burgers were medium to medium well. At some point the cashier came by and asked how everything was and he was told the burgers were not well done. He did not say one word just turned and left. If meat cannot be cooked to order state it on the board. If I had known, I would have ordered turkey instead. The restaurant was very clean. The bathrooms were very clean. Something needs to be done about the tasteless fries, and whether meat can be cooked to order. At the moment, no hurry to go back.

I’ve been in twice already this week. Food is cooked to order, FRESH. Fantastic seasoning on their signature burgers – so far, I’ve tried the Falafel, Merguez Beef and Lamb. All cooked perfectly. If they’re busy, it might be a little wait but it’s totally worth it!

They are a franchise founded by an Israeli. The interior is highly modern and comfortable. We thought the food was yummy and customer service was more than sufficient to our pleasing. Everyone had a good time and so it’s a yes, 5 flying stars from us.

It’s could be so much better if they just seasoned there food with salt and pepper. I got 3 burgers and all 3 were very dry and bland. Girlfriend got 2 burgers both unseasoned and no flavor. Can’t believe I paid $30 for this. Great concept but horrible execution.
