The crossed eye Asian young lady gave us a hard time about getting an extra Ranch for fries. We thought we had paid the .35 for it. Anyway she gave us another one and said I’ll just take it out of the tip jar !! So I took the ranch then I left a dollar bill on the counter where it sat the whole time that we ate our meal. The money was not the issue it was the young lady’s attitude!!! We’ve never had an issue before and the food is good.

Their unique recipes make it worth stopping by. Burgerim is a great pick when you want a burger but you’re tired of always having the same thing served to you everywhere you go. Falafel, Greek Lamb, Spanish Beef. They’re all great options and you’re already spending the same amount going to other burger places. Try something a little different.

Stopped in with my girlfriend for a quick burger and fries. I had been waiting since the sign first went up to try it out a today was finally the day. The menu items are a little strange but the employees were more than helpful with assisting us in ordering. We only waited 5-10 mins for our food and when was ready they brought it out us. The burgers were great and it was quite cheesy!! The fries were a little strange as there in the shape of chips. In my opinion they could have been fried longer but I still thought they were good. The only thing I thought was a little weird was the amount of employees there. There was probably 4-6 employees in the front with only 1 register open and 1 person assisting customers. All in all I think it’s a great place for a quick bite to eat. I look forward to eating there again.

The food being good is the most important part. The burgers taste fresh and the meat taste of quality. All fresh onion, lettuce, and tomatoes every time! The mini burgers took me by surprise on how filling they are. The fries are nice reminding me of home sliced style potato chips. The milkshakes are delicious, and the chicken wings are flavorfully juicy .

Every location of Burger IM that we’ve ever gone to has been filled with polite employees. The orders are always ready on time, food is prepared exactly as you ordered it, and it’s a great value for a meal other than drive-thru. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean and their consistent in their quality.
