I was walking through the ghost town known as Newpark Mall when I spotted IM Burger and went to grab a bite to eat. I will have to say I was not very impressed. The place seemed a bit dirty to the point I almost walked outside in order to find a cleaner place to eat. However after brushing off my own table I finally was able to sink my teeth into my tiny burger. Overalk the burger itself tasted good enough. Either that or I was really hungry since I ate the burger so fast. Still not satisfied I went on my way questioning if I would ever return.

Very friendly staff, great food selection. One of the times I went to the mall and I got the DipNDots pack from the machine because nobody I know has ever seen them outside a zoo or theme park let alone in a machine in a mall. Anyways, they let me take a spoon and napkin no questions asked, no need for purchase they just pointed me to what I needed for the surprisingly inconvenient neauvoux ice cream. I think that just shows the laid back kind customer service you get here. Make sure to try the milkshakes!

So this post is for all you people who have been missing the “vegetarian” McAloo tikki burger from Indian McDonalds menu. The vegetarian Spicy veggie burger is what we ordered. We were pleasantly surprised with the perfect taste, flavor and texture of the burger patty. Even the sides(rim) of the patty were cooked well. Must have for vegetarians.

My family and I were looking for a quick bite to eat before going to a movie at NewPark Mall. I asked the clerk why they serve alcohol at a halal restaurant and he said it’s because of demand. The vibe in the place was mot good as a result We will not be back.

I have lived in the US for almost 15 years and have never experienced this type of service ever. She first gave us the food very late and when the kids started eating food, she asked us to leave as it was closing time.

Worst service ever. I ordered the grill chicken in cowboy style. The cashier repeated the order said in California style. I said no, I want it in cowboy style. He repeated again said in cowboy style. Then he rang up the receipt and started heading to the kitchen to cook the burger. At the same time I noticed the receipt printed California style. I called him right away to correct the order. He refused to change the order and said”I asked you twice and you said California style”. Since there is no other customers there at that time, for my own safety I didn’t argue with him. After I picked up the order, thinking about his attitude I don’t feel comfortable eating the food he cooked. The burger ended up in the trash can. There’s other burger places way better than this one.

Cant’ recommend the place as they don’t seem to take their own business hours seriously. I came during their stated business hours on a weekend and the location was closed! I asked around and was told that this place seems to open and close at random. This was very disappointing, I had made a trip specifically to try the food here. Gas is also expensive at the moment, $6.20 a gal and I wasted my time and fuel to get here…only to find them to be closed. Recommend calling in advance before coming since it’s very possible you might find them closed like I did.
